I enjoy the sandwiches here along with the amazing staff, notable mentions would be Zach (the mgr.) & his co-worker. (Zach)********What I didn't appreciate was the AREA Manager Nicole and her Inappropriate/Unprofessional behavior during my visit on the evening of 12/12/23. She decided she wanted to assert her authority and charge me $3.03 for 1 extra slice of bacon, which she stated was policy. Jersey Mike's is a local favorite of mine. Their subs are amazing. You won't be disappointed! I know the owner of both the Covington location and Maple Valley location. He is a phenomenal guy and the customer service is always on point. My favorite hot sub is the Philly (Mike's Way). As far as cold sub options go, my personal favorite is a #13 the original Italian as seen in the photo.
