“Went for their wraps, but they changed the menu. Ended up having the Brisket Mac & Cheese which was amazing.A little put out by the bartender declaring there was "no patio service" when we were literally the only people there but we made it work.“
“Drove from Nevada to visit Enumclaw and found this cute little place to eat and boy did I not regret! The food was so good for breakfast I had to go back for dinner and was not disappointed! The food is so good along with their bakery. Cookies only for a dollar and homemade you can’t beat that!Kid-friendliness: Had kid menus and brought crayons for little one to color“
“My wife and I were just talking about how much we miss this place since we moved away. Best greasy spoon, home cooked style meals at decent prices with a great atmosphere. Can’t wait for our next trip back to Washington so we can come visit!“
“This was an absolute shock! When I heard there was a restaurant at the top of the mountain, I did not expect it to be this nice! The whole staff was incredibly kind and very helpful. It's almost worth the ride up just to get to go to this gem. I would definitely recommend the chili and stew! These dishes were very hearty and warmed us up! I was also surprised by the prices, for being on top of the mountain, the food was actually very reasonably priced, and the portions were large.“
“We've driven through/past Enumclaw many times, but this is the first time we were actually in the "downtown" area. There are so many restaurants/pubs and wine bars it was hard to choose which one to have lunch at. We chose this one at random...and it was an "almost" great choice. We were here around 12:30 on a Tuesday, the place was busy but not packed. We sat down and a young person gave us menus and took our drink orders, returned with them right away and then we waited......it appeared that there were two servers and one bus person (the one that took our drink orders) both of the servers walked past us several times until we stopped one and asked if we could order. She immediately apologized and said she and the other server split/swap tables and thought the other server was taking care of us. I appreciate this system as it allows each server a fair share of tables, but you need to have a very clear communication system to be certain things like this don't happen. These days my Hubby and I often split meals, which is what we told the server, and we got the French dip with sweet potato fries and also a side of garlic fries. The server asked us if we wanted any sauces with our order, we got the tarter and the garlic/pepper mayo, both house made and so good! The garlic/pepper mayo had just the right amount of pepper. The garlic fries came out first and they were amazing!!! Hot, fresh and they top them with an herb garlic which has so much more flavor than just garlic. We got the sandwich with Swiss cheese and sautéed onions. They put the sandwich on two plates which is always appreciated. The sandwich was just okay; the bun was supposed to be toasted but just felt/seemed stale. The cheese wasn't melted and the onions were stacked in the center. The meat had a decent flavor, nothing spectacular, but there was plenty of it. The au jus was okay, again nothing special. Despite the initial server mix up, ours was attentive and friendly. We liked the look and feel of this place, their drink menu looked interesting and reasonably priced. We both agreed that we should come back one evening and check it out.“
“This is now one of my favorite places to grab a special meal, and it is a real treasure! This is a small cafe/bistro with less than a dozen tables, currently open for dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and an occasional Sunday if they have an event. There is one chef and you can watch her cooking up a storm through the front window, and the staff are attentive and very skilled.Despite the "Cafe" title, the menu is fine dining forward and the dishes offered are outstanding in design and execution. With a glass of Chardoney in hand to start, we enjoyed a nicely prepared Calamari appetizer with a house made aioli, and fresh foccacia and butter. On previous visits we have had the bacon wrapped dates, which are also delightful.Another guest has raved over the Grilled Chicken Breast, served with shallots, mushrooms, and cream, but this night we had the Smoked wild prawns, which were carrying a bit of smoke but delicious and lightly spiced, served with a barbeque hollandaise. I had the Seared Sea Scallops, which included a generous portion of perfectly cooked fresh scallops, over a bed of mashed potatos and vegetables, with a savory slightly tangy romesco sauce. Really great!Dessert is impossible to pass up, as chef prepares the most interesting and light Butterilk Ice cream, which my wife craves, and a delicious Bailey's Tiramisu.A fantastic evening in a relaxed atmosphere, with really fine food. Perfect!“
“When I got there I intended to dine in but receive notification that FedEx just dropped off my new e bike at home and I had to leave right away because I didn't want to leave it unattended for some lowlife Thief to come steal it so they were nice enough to box up my breakfast my 2:00 p.m. breakfast and get me out of there to take care of my business I fully intend on going again and staying until I'm done eating LOL in fact I'm going to ride my new e-bike there:-)“
“The Mint is always a fun place to eat at! I’ve been 3 times now and have had great experiences each time. The atmosphere fits with the rustic and rural vibe of Enumclaw which is fun, they have a few pairs of skis on the back wall which is a cool vibe in my opinion. Their burgers are great, specifically the Mint burger and bacon jam burger. Most recently I got the Beecher’s Mac and cheese with chicken which was delicious! And you can’t forget about the fried pickles! They’re a bit pricey but I think they’re really yummy. I would definitely recommend for a fun date night/night out or an after-ski meal like what we did on Monday!“
“Out of town for a work project and looking for a restaurant within walking distance of the hotel and gave this place a shot. The service is ok, the waitress was robotic taking our drink and food order. Bar has a rustic feel to it with wooden floors, chairs, wire wheel tables and open space. Food the reason we went was good had the New York steak with loaded baked potato, steamed vegetables and salad. Cooked to order with beautiful grill marks.“
“Only reason I didn't rate atmosphere, if you are a golfer, it's good, otherwise whatever. Restaurant is just a plain Jane Restaurant, if you're hungry, you will eat there and you will like ? ? it, for a reasonable price. I approve.“
“Well, nothing much to say about the location of this restaurant…one of the most breathtaking views right across of Mt Rainier. Well maintained and nice service. Prices are a bit higher but comparatively not that high keeping in mind the remote location up the hills. We ordered the following from the Summit restaurant:Hot Chocolates (*3) - $4.50 eaChicken Cesar Salad - $18Pastrami Reuben - $20PP Chowder (large bowl) - $16The food was fresh, piping hot and the portion was pretty large for one person to complete. This is the only place for refreshments at this location so there is no other alternative however no complains.“
“Thick cut bacon on the BLT; delicious battered curly fries, courteous, attentive wait staff. High quality dining experience coupled with small town charm.Vegetarian options: Would love a vegetarian option for the burgerKid-friendliness: Coloring sheets an crayons for the kids and a nice kids menu“
