This place is incredible and the staff is so generous. I will make the drive from West Seattle just to stock up on their fresh bread. I did my study abroad in Jordan and this is the closest bread I’ve had to the neighborhood bakery I had daily. The Manakish and Lahmajoun is made fresh to order and best enjoyed in the parking lot… only because that is how long they last for my partner and I. It is also the perfect snack waiting for a ferry.

Such a great find! Their baklava is probably the best I've tried till date. Visited multiple times and tried a bunch of other items like Manakish, Klecha, Pita, Naan and everything's been a hit. The service is also fantastic. Will keep visiting for sure.

Alida's Bakery is one in a million. Hardly anywhere in the greater Seattle area makes lahmajun/lamacun/lahembajeen as good. They are huge! Made with a thin and crispy-edged dough and covered in a beautifully spiced beef mixture. We drive up to Everett just for these beauties! They also have other flatbreads and all kinds of tasty Kurdish cookies and desserts (that will also be familiar to Arabs), but they are perhaps best known for their fluffy, freshly baked bread. You can find their bread in a few shops around the area, such as Byblos market, but I believe you have to go to their bakery to get the flatbreads. The bakery itself is takeout only, and the service is friendly, professional, and efficient. I would say not to miss it if you're in the area, but I think it's worth the drive even if you're not!

I had been wanting to try this bakery for so long. I finally got to stop in and what a delightful experience. I wanted to get some of the manakish (a flatbread with toppings) to take home for lunch with the hubby. I told them I had been wanting to come in for a long time and I was excited to finally try the manakish. They were only $3-8 each - depending on the topping. So I presumed at that price they would be quite small. So I ordered one with pepperoni and cheese, tomato, zatar, and jalapeno and cheese. I was told they make them to order. So I waited about 5 minutes. When the gentleman came out he actually made me one of EVERY flavor. And they are bigger that I thought they would be. So he also gave me beef and a cheese - on the house. And then he gave me a free bag of pita! He wanted me to try them all. Now that is a wonderful way to treat a new customer. Needless to say - we had leftovers. My favorites - pepperoni and cheese, beef, tomato. Hubby's favorite - jalapeno and cheese. I froze the pita bread to enjoy another time. We will be back!

sure if they changed ingredients or supplier but recently their pitas became very dry after a short while (they were hot of the oven). That is not how they used to be. So either eat then quick or place the. In the freeze. Don'tet then dry or they become cardboard pitas. I used to drive long distance and as such bought large numbers but I won't do that again as they dried ip quickly and had to throw them away.

Amazing family owned business. Cant recommend enough! Their pita bread reminds me of my families - closest I've been able to find.

The food and baked goods are extraordinary. We buy the flat bread and make pizza from it and also buy the pita. Simply the best and the reason why many restaurants buy their goods. Desserts are great too. Everyone is so nice when you walk in. Enjoy the food. Leave your political hate at home.
