With IHOP being a chain/franchise restaurant I usually expect a certain level of quality...and this place didn't deliver that...they couldn't even make the pancakes the same size or even round for that matter...the service was kind but the restaurant seemed to have a lot of staff that really enjoyed hanging with each other and it was more of an after thought to attend to their guests...and they also loose a star for the employee who lied to a guest on the phone about where they...read full review
The lady who served us was amazing, checked in on us despite the fact that they were short staffed.Also the older black gentleman who went out of his way to get us seated....may God bless him. Staff are 100% but food is

The food as usual was fine. The service is not great. I think the server was new. I saw another server trying to help her. My server was just hanging out, talking to the cook, and not checking on us after she brought the food. I don't expect better attention if the server wants to earn a better gratuity. They were not very busy, so there was no excuse of sub-standard service
