Ordered ahead because it was my daughter's birthday. She had to go back to college in a couple hours, and my other kids had to go to school. I left 10min before my order was to be ready, and I clicked on the text that said I am 10 min away.When I arrived I was the only one there. Cook had nothing to do, so I looked around for my order. I finally caught the attention of the other employee there. I told him I was there for a pickup order. He looked confused as he typed away on the register. Then he said it would be a couple minutes. 2 minutes later, the cook started working.I had to wait over 20 more minutes for my order. It really defeats the purpose of ordering ahead if they don't start making it until you arrive.Now to the food. The cook here is much better than the everett mall ihop. Hash browns are much better here, everett mall they are very hard to chew. With that said, the browns did have some hard spots, and the pancakes fell in half? They were not doughy in the middle, just came apart. This caused all my kids to not want to eat them :(I don't eat bacon, but I tried a bite and it was very good. The sausage is one of the best I have tasted. Eggs and crepes were very good as well.

Classic experience of a great diner. Hey, Don't sleep on IHOP, they are a national chain for a reason; their recipes create great food, the pancakes are delicious and the staff keep the coffee and water filled and kids and families are welcomed and accepted as they are, brunch on a weekend or breakfast any time. So. Damn. good. And the the price!

Went in for my birthday pancakes couldn't redeem them then found a hair in my food for the second time waiter was moving way to fast made us feel rushed handed us our checks right after we got our food and wasn't very helpful with my birthday

A buddy left his card at the restaurant and we called a few hours after (buddy went back across the ferry) to make sure his card was there to pick it up for him. When we got there nobody knew where the card was and every manager could not tell me who i was on the phone with that said they found his card nor where they put the card. Never wanted to go back. food prob fine tho
