As a Celiac (highly allergic to gluten), it's nice to go to a restaurant where you know everything is safe and there is no cross contamination. While the only menu option is a bowl, there are so many great options to put in your bowl. It was actually hard to just pick 5 toppings. If you order in a paper bowl, you take your food with you and can eat right away. If you get a hot stone pot, they will take your bowl and make it hot! The food and service here is consistently wonderful. This is my favorite place to get lunch in Everett.Vegetarian options: the vegetarian "beef" is delicious. the jackfruit, tofu, and egg options are also good.

I'm searching for a healthy option for our brunch before dance practice, and I came across this gluten-free food! I'm thrilled and excited! They offer two options: paper or stone bowl, one or two proteins, multiple bases, and a variety of tasty toppings. I adore the food, the friendly staff, and the clean facility. I can truly taste the care put into it, and I'll definitely be back with friends and invite fellow food enthusiasts. Plus free beverage too! Love it!
