March 2024I was really impressed last time I was in. I had the crepes with strawberries and they were fabulous. I am so delighted to have a place close to home. They can do a good Swedish pancake. They are much preferred by me because the swedish pancake has a little bit more egg than the French crepe and I love that mouth feel. This time around I also had sausage and egg with it and strawberries and bananas on the pancakesIt was really a wonderful experience. My friend had three tostado salads and for her to have a good, filling, Gluten-free lunch was really a treat.Their American breakfasts are really worth checking out. I like that I could order them in the afternoon also. The addition of a spinning wheel at the entrance is really a clever idea. You have a chance to win a prize or sometimes they just wish you good luck. It's really a cool uplifting brings a smile to your face thing to do. See the pics.Nov 2023Wow and more wowthis food is fabulous. It's even better than last timeBest thick salsaBety made sure we were very happy with our orders. She helped us customize a lunch burrito that is melt in your mouth with just the right spiciness level. The best burrito I have tasted in a long time. That was my husband's dish. I ordered the crepes that are perfectly done. Do you know how hard that is and it served with their homemade creme fresh or special kind of cream, Devonshire cream and eggs over medium hard exactly like I ordered and sausage links. This is an awesome place. Come before 3:00 so you can get a really spectacular choice between breakfast and lunch. Got to come. This is great foodChiquis is excellent cook!!This food was perfectly made.Husband liked the Spanish Christmas ? music.I liked sitting next to Christmas ? treeBetter wheel chair access now we know what to expect.May 2023See notes on accessibility. JessieGreeted immediately, with great help to open the door and get wheelchair across threshold.Music light and lively. So many choices on menu we had to ask for clarification. Ended up with our favorite. But after trip with wheel chair to bathroom, only to have to leave in half hour. Salad arrived quickly. Meals arrived before I got to this point in review. Super fast! Both meals in 12 minutes. Hot and delicious.Ask for spoons as sauces are served next to rice not over it.Whole area was clean and thoughtfully decorated. Bright and fun atmosphere. We'll be back.Wheelchair accessibility: MayThey would do better to have disabled spot in shaded spot between ramps (looks like manager parks there)instead of the disabled spot by the dumpster which is farthest distance from door, and the other ramp is not marked for disability. So others park there and the parking lot is very pitted and a struggle for transport wheel chair to go through. Also the entire of neither ramp did not have rails whole way. This was fine for me but passenger was so concerned he would accidentally be pushed off that he commented on it . Would be nice to have focus for accessibility in main parking lot. Because it did not occur to me to go to the back and long way. Also it would be nice to have a regular height table out front. Instead there are lovely bar stool high tables. Good looking but not usable for those who need help in getting up or pushing in.Nice to have two ways of access single front door.

Great new spot. Just tried it today and the staff was so nice and welcoming. My husband got a breakfast burrito and I got chorizo breakfast, both were very good and good portion size too! Definitely

The place definitely needs a bit of an upgrade. Every piece of furniture is old. Restroom was probably remodeled back in the 70s. The quality of the food was good and prices are about what you'd expect. Service was on a slow side. 10 minutes to get the drinks and almost 40 minutes to get food. The waitress did apologize for the slow service, but it was slow nevertheless.

I went in to check the place out and ordered carne asada fries and a carne asada steak. The steak was thick and I’m pretty sure a sirloin the meet on my fries was not the same and it was really expensive. The staff was really nice but all and all I don’t think I would go back.

Meals were not $10-20! Everything is $15-30 and pretty terrible. Our soup and salad (the salad had so much water in it that my husband couldn’t eat it) came after the dinner was served and everything was cold. I got a steak fajita plate and the rice was bland, the peppers were cut into huge chunks and barely cooked, and the steak had the texture of very cheap meat (literally fell apart but with very little meat) there seemed to be no seasonings on it all and the skillet that I was warned was hot was not even sizzling and barely warm as well as the food.My daughter got a carne asada plate and the steak was 3/4” think and not at all carne asada. It had more flavor than the fajita steak but it again the very cheap meat that has a chewy indigestible texture. My husband got a combo plate and said the ground beef tasted like it had been sitting in the back for days. Everything in general was bland. My son got a quesadilla with chicken and that was good, but the cheese was congealed since it came out cold.

This is hands down the best Mexican food I've had in a long time. They put a lot of thought and care into the quality and presentation of the meal.
