Our first time visiting Popeyes and I was SUPER disappointed. I went thru the drive thru, both chicken sandwiches were SMASHED to hell and had no pickles...the coleslaw was a tiny amount...like 2 tablespoons. our fries were soggy and cold and the onion rings looked like they were picked up and thrown into the box...and were almost as cold as the fries...we will NOT be back!! Aweful experience. negative zero stars.
I have gone to Popeyes 3 times in the Everett location. I noticed how rude the customer service was all 3 times. This last time when I reached the window I was asked if I ordered some kind of meal deal. I said. "No, I ordered just a chicken sandwich". They had no idea I had made this order. Attitude got defensive, acting as if I was in the wrong. How can one go wrong if you're in the drive through?
