“Right by the river our first time here at El Caporal in a historical building..Great service..friendly and attentive our server was taking care of everybody with a smile.. and the food is so so good, that I ordered an extra plate for home. We had Chile Relleno and Carne Asada... very yummy. Next time when we are in the area we will be back for more..Gracias El Caporal.“

“My wife and I had high hopes for this place when we learned of its impending opening, and we were not disappointed! Their brunch is the best around. I realize there is not much around, but if there was, it would still be great. Really solid place for dinner or just to have some drinks and apps with friends. I would even go here with someone I don't like. The food, drinks and service are all top notch. It's a classy joint without being pretentious (I'm glad spell check corrected how I would have spelled pretentious), but somehow chill and casual.We need more places like this on the Ridge!“

“I felt like I walked into a cafe in Austin, TX in the mid nineties. It's super artsy, kitschy, and has a very cool vibe. “This place is stellar. Usually, strip mall teriyaki signals that you are in for some kind of tasty treat. But to see that this spot also boasts an Excellent health rating? Whooooowheee! “One of my absolute favorite places, this is a must-stop anytime that you are headed out past Snoqualmie or up for Snoqualmie pass is Shane, his amazing life that is already been lived contributes to a level of compassion that is almost unmatched. Add to that is knowledge of a number of different cultures and foods and he is the perfect person to suggest different ideas for dining in this incredible little hole in the wall. We are kind of running out of excuses to come back here beyond just saying the food is so amazing we have to go and make that our primary objective rather than something else that we do. “Not bad, but not amazing. Viewed in the context of food available in a shopping mall, I'd say it's as good as you are going to get. Kudos for the chips and salsa provided free of charge. The chips are quite crispy and good. Service was very attentive and thoughtful.“

“This is our go-to Thai spot on the Ridge! We love Sno Thai because the app is so convenient to use and you don’t have to try calling them every minute for 30 minutes straight in order to put in a to-go order (looking at you, other Thai spot in Snoqualmie Ridge). We’ve also used the app to order delivery, which is worth the $4-5 delivery fee when you really don’t want to leave the house lol We’re also impressed by the food, which has certainly improved over the last few years! We love the gyoza, pad see ew, pad Thai, yellow curry, and fried rice. Yum!! “Nice huge brewery in Snoqualmie. They have a huge projector screen and ample indoor plus outdoor seating. They have a rotating set of food trucks as well to cater to your hunger. Loved their beer. Tried their extra german stout and vietnamese lager and both were phenomenal. Service is quick and the staff is very friendly. Dog and kid friendly. Overall loved the vibe of this brewery and I will stop by when in the area for sure.“

“Who would have thought a random spot in a strip mall would be this good??? I have tried SO MANY korean spots on the east side, seattle and Lynwood but no where near as good as this place. Like what the heck ??.The price was reasonable and the portion was awesome. I have had nothing but soggy seafood pancakes and was kinda expecting something similar but they blew my mind. The pancake was actually crunchy, doesn’t have that stinky old seafood smell or waxy after taste. The sauce wasn’t too salty and all the dishes were so yummy and well seasoned.The banchan was bomb too! They gave me refill without additional fee.I would love to come back and try more of the menu!!We got LA GALBI, seafood pancake and cheese corn.“

The staff was friendly and the food and drink were good too. They have a nice selection of foods with burgers, fish and chips and salad.
