We are frequent customers. Night shift tends to only have one line server so there tends to be a wait. BUT with Dawson behind the counter you will still feel seen, and appreciated for your patience. Dawson will start two customer orders at a time with no mistakes. He has great customer service and customer banter while still being efficient at his job. Came here for the first time and didn't have the best experience. I wasn't sure on how to order and the server looked irritated when I asked questions. I told him it was my first time and asked how to order and then he was more helpful.I asked for a giant and he made commentary about if it was enough to feed me. I didn't appreciate his comments even if it was intended as a joke. I'm not sure if he's having a bad day but this experience made me not want to come back.

First, I love Jersey Mike's! I have been to your location many times with mostly great experiences with the exception of my most recent two visits.1) a couple of months ago I came in after work around 5:30 p.m. you had 3 employees. 2 were working on a large to go order and one was in back filling up oil bottles.
