This location says they’re open at 7:30am, but I was there at 8:24am, and the doors were locked, though the open sign was on, and the lady in there looked directly at me and didn’t make any move to open the door. Subway is a joke.

Worst subway I ever been.I went there to get 2 sandwiches on Sunday 01/21/24The lady was very rude.You can see when they don't care about you she threw the vegetables in the sandwich in a rude manner.I will never go back there again.

The staff is so always having a bad day, and definitely not kind! I’ve come to this location twice because it’s closest and I would rather drive the distance to another close one.The woman today serviced cold as heck meatballs even after toasted the sandwich too! Not okay one bit.NO ONE WASHES THERE HANDS! Like what the heck, we all see you on your phone before you start prepping food.

I strongly encourage management to rethink how they’re running this franchise. Pretending that the restroom is broken for over a year is a fast way to lose customers. There’s a gentleman who frequently works this location and he’s quite rude. As I understand this area has had its challenges but it is improving. An easy way to fix undesirable activity in the restroom is to require a door code and print it on the receipt. And better train staff to work with customers and just be friendly and good listeners.

i think at this subway you have to make your own sandwich yourself because i’ve tried coming here three times now and each time there were no employees to be seen. the door bell went off when i came in. i waited for 5-10 minutes i even called out “hello?” to see if anyone was there. and nothing. do not go here they clearly don’t care at all at this subway.
