Staff isn’t nice and they don’t accept coupons. Better to go to Walmart subway which staff is great and accept coupons.

These sandwiches are overpriced now, plud the meat is sparse and the bread was stale. I ordered the BMT not a lot of meat for the price!

So thoroughly disappointed. Showed up to pick up my online order at 3:45pm and the door was locked with a note that said, "Be back in 30 minutes."First of all, why is the store closed during business hours in the first place? Why did your store accept online orders if you're going to bounce and lock the doors? Secondly, is your store manager so stingy and strapped for cash that they can't afford to put a second employee on shift?I've been sitting here in front of the store for nearly an hour now with no one in sight, and I'm unable to get a refund because there's no one here and I ordered on the app. And I can't get hold of an actual human with Subway customer service to get a refund either because apparently customers don't -actually- matter.What a damn joke.EDIT: I just called 2 hours later hoping to speak with someone about getting a refund and no one will pick up the phone...EDIT: Called this morning to ask for refund, still no answer. I've contacted my bank to dispute charges. Steer clear from this Subway!

Wasn't bad. Most other shops have stale tasting bread, but this place seemed to have fresh bread and ingredients. The pricing was outrageous though.

This Subway does not take the Subway coupons. The older lady working was a bit rude about it. There are no signs stating that they do not take the Subway coupons.

Sandwich was good and the employee was friendly, but after ordering the Sandwich, the employee refused to accept a valid Subway coupon stating that her manager does not allow her to accept coupons. I looked around the restaurant inside and out, but nowhere was it posted that coupons are not accepted. Getting coupons from Subway and then going to a Subway restaurant and not having them honored is very much a bait and switch.Parking: Parking is adequate, but right on the corner of a busy intersection it can be difficult to enter, depending on the direction you are coming from.

Husband and I stopped in there today to pick up a few subs for a picnic and they don't even accept their own subway coupons !! I wasn't thrilled and won't be back

Terrible service, older white lady was so racist toward me and my family for being ethnic. Got there and asked her for 5 sandwiches she was like "really FIVE sandwiches?" and sighed. She took almost 20 minutes to finish the sandwiches, whole time she was stingy with the food, asked for cucumbers and she only put TWO in one of the sandwiches so I asked her for more and her face expression was rude. She had my cousin write what sandwich was which even 3 of them were the same, at the end I asked her for the bathroom keys she said to wait even though my 4 year old brother was about to pee his pants. 15 minutes or so passed 3 customers later and she never gave me the key because she had to "look for it", my little brother and I had to go somewhere else so that he could use the bathroom. I saw the rude attitude she had towards my family and I since we got there and the attitude she had towards other non-ethnic customers and it was completely opposite. Even after all the rudeness I kept saying please and thank you and even tipped her. No one should have this type of service when buying a product. This happened 12/23/2019 at 3:10pm.

Well, I didn't even order anything. I tried to but Whitney, the woman helping me, was so impossibly rude I opted to take my business elsewhere. I wasn't actually going to complain because I ended up deciding that maybe she was having a bad day. However, After getting back to my job and telling my coworkers about the incident we all 3 realized we had similar incidents with the same worker. Coworkers who now go out of their way to eat subway at the nearby stores rather than having more interactions with this woman. I can tell you now...whoever the owner is...this woman is costing you business. Would love to talk to customer service about the actual incident.

Worse service ever, she took over 20 mins with only one costumer, refused to let me use the restroom saying that they don’t have one when they do, just a bad experience all around. Plenty people just got frustrated and left, and I’m definitely never coming back to this one
