I recently had the pleasure of visiting the "Cease and Desist" bar in Friday Harbor, and let me tell you, it was an experience like no other! Great selection of beer of various styles. Beertender friendly. Nice location on the afternoon shady side overlooking the harbor. Wished this place was closer to home, but a short, safe walk to our moorage slip.
