I was surprised by the portion sizes and the piece sizes, much bigger than most moderately priced sushi places, and the fish is well sourced. I am pretty certain it's Japan-sourced tuna.The service was excellent. The little town of Gig Harbor is lucky to have such a great japanese sushi restaurant that also serves a mix of other asian food like teriyaki, chinese wok dishes, and a few Korean style items. It's worth the bridge toll if you have to cross it. If you state shellfish allergies at the beginning, they will carefully prepare your food to the side so that you can enjoy it too.
