“We had dinner here for the first time and it was superb! Lucy, our server, listened to our needs, explained the specials and menu. I'm gluten intolerant and she helped me be successful in my choices. The restaurant is cozy and inviting, the food is incredible. Preparations and tastes that were exciting. This was one of the best meals we've had in some time. We will be back.”
“We love this place and haven’t had anything we didn’t like!! Great food. However….. make sure you dress warm… they have blankets you can throw over you but it is still pretty chilly in there.”
“This is what Indian food should taste like. The curries have a good depth of flavor and the heat is really consistent. The restaurant interior decor was recently upgraded and this has made a huge improvement (especially with the sound level). If you love Indian food, check this place out!”

“Our favorite local pub, many beers and some ciders on tap, and more. The menu expanded and improved since the kitchen upgrade. Grateful for a few vegan items on the menu like the shepherds pie and vegan burger. Warm, friendly service with a smile.”
“They care about our community and have excellent support for small business”

“The best pho around. I haven’t even got my food yet but I’ve never had a bad dish at Jenny Pho. I love Jenny so much, she has truly honed her craft as a pho genius. I’m telling you, please go here. It’s amazing, it’s wonderful it’s talented. They don’t skip out on the meat or the veggies. It’s quick service and they are very friendly. Love you jenny”

“This place offers a rare Latin breakfast menu item called Migas and oh man is it good. The wait staff are all friendly and your cup is never empty. The atmosphere is like a cozy small diner/family kitchen and it is relaxing and laid back. And as a rare tea drinker, I can say that while they charge the same as other places for tea, they serve super high quality English breakfast tea, which was delightful. I AM SO GLAD THEY ARE BACK in Issaquah!!”
“El Sabor Del Tio is a hidden Gem. Everytime I want Mexican food, I go to them first. Their food is noticeably authentic and fresh. My dad and I have been going to them for the last 2 or 3 years now, and still can’t find a better place when in other cities. They have the absolute best breakfast chorizo burrito I’ve ever had so I recommend that if you’re feeling breakfast, but anything you order will be amazing. They are the sweetest family, and very hard working people.”
“Any steak…. Crab cakes, although have been reduced in size. UFO, halibut stuffed with crab was the best thing on the menu…. However not available anymore…. Hopefully the halibut stuffed with crab will come back on the menu soon….”
“First time to Famous Kitchen, hunger level 3 out 5. Wanted something good -found it. Kitchen able to do a Mongolian chicken. Spicy is on target and flavorful. I like heat/spice and it did just right. Use to having broccoli with dish but the fried noodles were okay. Rice was perfect, curious if they offer brown. Ordered at the counter for dine in. Fast and efficient staff and food came out hot. Awesome, will be back for more sampling of the menu.”

“This is a family owned wine bar and live music venue that has just passed its 18th anniversary is a fixture in downtown Issaquah.
The interior design of this wine bar is exceptional, historic, rustic and elegant. Featuring rotating artwork from local artists, interesting custom metal work, an exceptional wine list, full cocktail bar and a scratch kitchen.”
“Surprisingly a great Thai restaurant in the area. Yesterday, my son decided we should try this place for dinner and we were not disappointed. Portions were good and the taste is to our liking. Genuine customer service by the gentleman on the floor as well. There were not much dining in, in fact just us then a couple went in when we are about to finish, but we noticed a few pickups. We will definitely be back.”
“stopped by early afternoon on a sunday for drinks & apps after paragliding down the road, They didn't have the tequila we requested however the bartender suggested something different which we ended up liking anyhow. Our waitress seemed as if she was new to her job but she ended up being ok. Nachos & drinks were great, the restaurant was on the quiet side, the bathrooms & dining room/bar was very clean & cool. Overall we were happy at our decision to stop in .”
“Great food! The staff here truly take pride in their work and genuinely care for their customers. I’m very impressed that they’re even running a food and clothing drive through Thanksgiving to support the community. They’re giving thanks by offering a 20% discount as well. By supporting zeeks you support your community”
“The food was so delicious, and the service was great. But I couldn't get over the smell of scented cleaner everywhere. I was hoping I would get used to it but it was so strong I only stopped smelling it when I was eating.
I got a rice cake soup, and it came with all of the sides. The broth had lots of flavor!
I hope the next time I go the restaurant smells like the yummy food they make instead, because that gets the appetite going.”
“OMGosh so extremely delicious! We just picked a whole assortment of yummies and hot n sour soup--- everything came out crazy fast and was amazing and the staff was extremely attentive 👏 😋 🙌 😍 👌”

“I was craving apple cider donuts and thought, “what if apple cider came in a frostbite?” I asked if they could make it happen and one of the workers did exactly that! It turned out so good.
I had them add vanilla syrup, caramel drizzle around the cup, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top total perfection.
Just to note, this was my own custom creation, not something on their menu. Definitely try it if you love apple-cider vibes 🍎❄️”
“Just called in about placing an order to the incorrect location. Worker who answered the phone was very willing to help and gave me the Manager’s number. The Manager got my order over to the correct location and was very helpful and responsive in the process.
When I do order from the location, food is always hot and I never have to worry if my order is incorrect. Great Service!”
“We love this restaurant and return often. Great staff, consistently delicious food favorites, decent price, excellent service. Thank you!”
“we was passing through on our way home to Yakima & stopped to eat lunch. Thank you the service staff & food was great!”
“We love Aji! We live in the Highlands and have eaten at this restaurant more than any other place in Issaquah. It's our go-to for fresh sushi and I love the Japanese and Korean options. Kid and family-friendly and they always have the Seahawks or Mariners game on. Very nice and quick service! Thank you, Aji team!”
Takeout Restaurants
“Can we talk about the onion rings. I make the trip to Malarky's SPECIFICALLY for them. Generous serving, yet, have no intention of sharing them, so we always get two or three! Fun dive-ish bar (in a good way) feel, where people like to pile in to watch a game and get pitchers 🍺 It's fun if you're not looking for some pinkies up atmosphere. Friends. Noise. Food. Fun.”
“Bento-ya Goemon Authentic Japanese food....been looking for good Japanese food close by! So very glad we found this take-out restaurant! I had the Salmon Bento box, cooked perfectly moist & lightly seasoned....everything freshly made! I definitely will be back! 5 star Rating!”

“Stopped here for the first time today and so glad we did! In a town full of chain restaurants it's nice to find a good neighborhood spot.
We shared a vegetarian bowl so I can't say anything about the quality of the fish, but our food was delicious. No fishy smell in house, always a good sign of fresh fish. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan toppings (we had a half rice/half mixed green bowl with cucumber, avocado, tofu, crispy onions, and cilantro). Lots of varied sauce types are available, both savory and sweet, vinagrettes and aiolis. Everything was fresh, the veggies were cool and crisp, and the tofu and rice were hot and delicious. They also have lots of drinks and miso soup. For two of us adults, we shared a regular size bowl and it was plenty for both of us. We're coming back for sure!!”

“Well and Table was the first restaurant where I could eat because I have Celiac Disease. My favorite foods are burger, fries, turkey wings, cobbler, and root beer float. Well and Table is the best place. Heston, Age 6”
Drive-Thru Restaurants
“Friday night dinner and it was busy. People were in and out, no wait though, as food came out pretty quickly. We ordered the grilled shrimp/pork vermicelli noodle bowl, eggrolls and chicken teriyaki … and it was all DELICIOUS!
Service was good. Server was very busy, taking money and orders and delivering food.
To the person who left a review about rare beef in the pho bowl… that IS how it is supposed to be served. You cover it all up in the hot broth. It is sliced very thinly so it cooks up quickly. Before you write a negative review and put a low rating, please take a moment to educate yourself on the dish you ordered and believe the hard working employee when she said that is how it is supposed to be served.”
“I have only been here two times as I moved to the area right before the government stole the freedom of Americans to move about freely... that being said, this visit - IN PERSON - was excellent! Matt, the bartender answered several questions and made a couple suggestions. I went with one of them (Carnitas and Scratch Margarita) and was pleasantly impressed with both! The crowd was fun, the staff was doing an excellent job (having been in the industry for 24 years myself) taking care of the business and caring for the clients. Thank you and I WILL be back again!”
“Las Margaritas staff are attentive, helpful, and fun. The portions are plentiful and the food is excellent. The cocktails are high quality and made well. Their original Margarita on the rocks is my favorite. This was the Mexican restaurant that taught me, many years ago, that I do love real Mexican food, Americano tacos no longer have a place in my life.”

“I've been there a few times. The staff is friendly. The food is excellent for the price. I love the calamari and the clam chowder. Looking forward to going again!”
Cheap Eats
“I got the 3 meat plate.
Did pork ribs, pulled pork, & brisket.
I was really impressed with this place. Beans and coleslaw were good. Same with the sauces. Pulled pork and ribs were super tender. Only thing was the brisket was dry and chewy, so next time I’ll just do a 2 plate meat plate. But totally worth it for the other two.”
“Used to come here all the time but the vibe has shifted. Everyone used to seem so happy, but last I went in there they were all getting barked at by an older woman who I’m assuming was their manager. But from what I saw the only thing she managed to do was stress out and confuse her employees. Starbucks has been going through lots of changes as of recently and none have seemed to be for the better. Only giving a high rating for the standout baristas who have always given me a great experience. But what I saw literally scared me for them.”
“One of my favorite Taco Times in the area. I go here to eat and relax...and maybe hide from the people at home some times. I can neither confirm nor deny that last one. It's comfy, the food is always delicious and all the staff is always super nice...and I suspect I'm not the only one hiding out in there, as I see others reading and surfing on their phones ”
“I absolutely adore the Batista's at this location!! They are so sweet. They remember my drink, call me by my name as soon as I approach the counter & when they come into my Job (Jackson's across the street), they greet me by name & are so nice. They're just good people when it comes down to it, but I wanted to make sure I leave a review for them here.
I'm specifically talking about Drew & Sophie (I'm awful & couldn't remember their names, so I made it a point to say their names today!) I could even be wrong about her name, Sophie or Sophia 🤦🏽♀️
There's 2 other baristas here, they are also kind & I always have great interactions with them too 🩷”
“5 stars for this amazing historical dive bar. Our favorite place to go on a weekly basis. Bartenders Loni, Jenna and Kylee security Cory and others- fun, friendly and social. Awesome drinks at a decent price. Love seeing the old familiar faces for years and love meeting new people and the first timers. Pool, darts, appetizers and good vibes all around. Recommend!!”
“Of the many places around to get coffee, this is my favorite. Excellent quality drinks (GREAT coffee and craft espresso drinks, as well as Italian sodas and even a few smoothies). Everyone is incredibly friendly and quick. Love it every time I’m there.
Dietary restrictions: Delicious gluten-free options, including fresh baked muffins (you’d never know they’re gluten free) and loaded breakfast bowls.”
“No other coffee stand compares to the coffee here. They have the smoothest & richest organic coffee beans with a wide milk selection (whole, nonfat, half & half, heavy cream, coconut, almond, oat, hemp & soy). They use super high quality chocolates & chai's and have one of the most extensive flavor selections! If you're not feeling coffee, they have smoothies, Italian sodas, flavored redbulls & lotus energy! You can customize flavor profiles & create any combo! They always have delicious sweets & food. Breakfast bagel & breakfast croissant sandwiches along with toasted bagels (whatever they have sourced locally, so Asiago, blueberry, everything, french toast etc) and breakfast burritos.Their breads are homemade & everything is locally sourced and they have the cutest seasonal sugar cookies! This place is exceptionally kid & dog friendly! There is also a little seated table outside with an umbrella if you happen to be walking by & grabbing something to eat. It's a very popular spot, that's been a staple for 20 years in Issaquah. Because of this it can get busy, but you'll never be short on the customer service & the friendliness of the staff!
Vegetarian options: Wide alt milk selection (oat, almond, hemp, coconut & soy) they have smoothies, redbulls, Italian sodas & lotus energy. For food they have cookies, breads, scones & danishes. They have bagels that can be toasted with butter or cream cheese and you can choose to omit the meat on any of the breakfast egg & cheese sandwiches.
Parking: Located in the corner of a large parking lot of the shopping plaza. Plenty of parking to choose from.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid drinks & treats. There is an outside seated area that's surrounded by bushes, tucked between the sidewalk & the stand. The girls here all love kids!
Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 windows. A drive thru & a walk up/wheelchair side. No steps, and is accessible off the sidewalk.”

“The food is absolutely fantastic. I come here often. The chicken strips and brussel sprouts are delightful. We waited a bit for our food but so worth it. People are so nice. Indoor and outdoor seating too.”
“I can’t say enough about this fantastic Greek restaurant! My sister and I each had the gyros plate. The meat was melt in your mouth tender, lemon potatoes and veggies were out of this world. I need to go back for dinner! Kudos for the owners!”
“Fantastic bang for your buck, Tikka Masala in Bellevue is worth going out of your way for. They have some fantastic variety in their menu, and do chicken curries especially well. But perhaps the crown jewel of their menu is the seafood biriyani. The shrimp is amazingly flavourful and the fish practically melts in your mouth. The portions are incredibly generous for the price. I always have leftovers after every visit. There are very few Indian restaurants in Western WA that top this one.”

“Our server, Shawn (I'm sure I spelled that wrong), was fantastic! He knew everything about the menu! He checked on us every 2 minutes and it was great. Now let's talk about the food, I have nothing bad to say. The burger, the fries and the spiked shake was delicious!”
“I'm not Indian or vegetarian but my lunch was great with many unfamilar tastes to be had. No menu, they just bring you food. The buttermilk drink was sour and spiced. The tamarind and cilantro chutneys were excellent as was the potatoes and the lentils w/crushed baked wheatballs. Breads served were papadam, hot naan and a deep fried bread (pictured on the facebook page) and all were fresh/delicious. I'm in it for the spicy food and the capsicum dish and the carrot side salad were spicy seasoned. I had chai and mango lassi, both great. The coconut creamy dessert was an excellent ending. I was very satisfied/satiated but had to go back to work. A nap would've been welcome LOL.”
“They're usually pretty good and I never like get my food wrong. But the only thing is is I always order a large mocha frappe everyday almost everyday and they seem to can't get it right. They got it right probably a couple times out of every time I go cuz I like chocolate around the cup and they seem to not understand that but that's the only thing that bothers me”
“Our family’s go-to in the Bellevue-Issaquah area.”
