This location is very hit or miss depending on who is working. They have a serious problem with quality consistency. Some of the baristas are friendly, some of them will take care to make a drink for someone to enjoy. Others are very rude and unfriendly or will just throw things in a cup without care and call it good.. This store is very dirty, which is surprising for the area. It looks like the floors have not been swept in quite some time, garbages overflowing. I don’t even want to see the bathrooms or the back. My mobile order of a drink and bagel took almost 20 minutes to complete. Staff saw me standing but didn’t acknowledge me, pretty poor customer service.
