“So I like to ride my motorcycle out to Twin Perks Kalama and this Saturday I brought a friend. his motorcycle battery caught fire in the drive thru of the espresso stand! Hailey was working and she catered to us so well. I'm not advertising you should break down at the espresso stand but if you have to, pray Hailey is working. She was extraordinarily accommodating to us. She was helpful, sympathetic, and charming. I wish I could adequately convey how grateful I am to have met Hailey. I will happily give this girl a 5 star review and I will be a repeat customer!”

“I was gifted a lunch by a generous member of our community for TLC deli. I finally made it down for a sandwich and it was great! My husband had a wrap and it was great also. The owner is very friendly and we had a nice conversation. Definitely recommend!”

“Very nice walk south along the waterfront from the main lodge, past the amphitheater, sports courts and the new public market. They had pizza and sandwiches to eat. We enjoyed the roaring fire to warm up on a rainy day and the sandy riverside was available to do some fishing from shore.”

“I grew up in Kalama & this place is always great, the only thing I ever change is getting less sauce on the burger. We LOVE the fish & chips, my kid is 10 & will often choose the fish over a bacon cheeseburger that's how good it is & that's both the cod & halibut, I've had it dozens of times & it's never ever tasted fishy of less than fresh, incredible tartar sauce. They still use soft serve in their milkshakes yet they are never milky, always nice & thick. Their onion rings are also incredible. I've seen some rude comments about the staff being teenagers, I've never ever had an interaction that was less than super friendly, respectful & professional a lot nicer than I've gotten from plenty of rude adults. It's been a tradition for a long time to hire kids from the local area & it gives them a chance to work around their school schedule & learn real responsibility so there's no need to say anything regarding the workers age, if someone is rude then say that who cares if they happen to be a teenager.”

“We were in town for Houndstooth Clinic and decided to stop by. The host was super welcoming and made great conversation. We were surprised by the food, the velveting is perfect it’s some of the best American Chinese cuisine we’ve ever had. No idea how they did it without using MSG. If you know good food when you taste it, you need to check this place out. You won’t be disappointed!”
