“Was our last place to stop and take a break before embarking on another 7h drive. We were kind of rummy, but the staff were so helpful and pleasant. They even took time out to show us how to operate certain features on their in-restaurant order board to customize our menu choices.“

“This location is usually very good. I went there one day when they had lost some employees and were training someone new. My order was delayed 40 minutes. When I informed the manager, the order was prepared immediately. Hopefully, this was just due to a rough day for this location. Other visits have been fine.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly like most fast food places.“

“Ordered 2 sets of fries and was asked to wait so they can make some fresh ones. Was very surprised as we didn’t even ask for fresh fries which is what we usually do. We were given a generous amount of sauces along with the fries. They were gone in minutes! Best fries we have ever had from any other Jack in the box locations!“

“This is a good old American hamburger place. The banner special is always our choice. The bacon is always crispy the burger is always flavorful and there's two slices of tomatoes and lettuce mayonnaise and ketchup on it. The Fries are always hot and flavorful. We choose to get the shake instead of the soft drink. The shake is always a classic combination with a hamburger and fries. I think this is the best hamburger in town. I don't come here often but when I do it's because I want the best quality hamburger that I can buy. So if you live here in town you probably already know about this place. But if you're traveling through and looking for a good place to get a quick bite and a hamburger sounds good to you this is your place.
Parking: Parking here is not usually a problem. However during the busy times of the day when there's a long line of cars going through the drive-thru, it can be hard to get into the parking space because the cars are looped around the parking lot waiting to get through the drive-thru.“

“I grew up in Kalama & this place is always great, the only thing I ever change is getting less sauce on the burger. We LOVE the fish & chips, my kid is 10 & will often choose the fish over a bacon cheeseburger that's how good it is & that's both the cod & halibut, I've had it dozens of times & it's never ever tasted fishy of less than fresh, incredible tartar sauce. They still use soft serve in their milkshakes yet they are never milky, always nice & thick. Their onion rings are also incredible. I've seen some rude comments about the staff being teenagers, I've never ever had an interaction that was less than super friendly, respectful & professional a lot nicer than I've gotten from plenty of rude adults. It's been a tradition for a long time to hire kids from the local area & it gives them a chance to work around their school schedule & learn real responsibility so there's no need to say anything regarding the workers age, if someone is rude then say that who cares if they happen to be a teenager.“

“I'm deliberately hard to market to, so finding a place like Burgerville is a genuine surprise to me. I love the idea of local/regional ingredients & themes. I can sense a unique corporate culture being conveyed. There is also a mood of small town community eatery which I haven't felt in a franchise model for quite some time. This may have more to do with the two communities where I visited a Burgerville. ??? Maybe.
I hope that the menu ideas are emulated elsewhere.
I wonder if we're smart enough to accept a Burgerville process with an entirely different regional menu outside of SW Washington - Burgerville means regional/local and that's what you'll get & it may not be your neighborhood menu - or whether we're too dumb and a prescriptive menu pens them in.
Vegetarian options: Plant.Based.Shakes. !!!!!“
