Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Went to DQ tonight, to experience waiting 30 minutes for a French fry. Myself and two other vehicles all experienced waiting for a extended period of time for food, and attitudes from a Jani. Who expressed she was a minor, as if that was an excuse to be disrespectful, filled with attitude, and unprofessionalism to all of her customers. At one point she even had a group of friends come through the drive through, who she decided to chat it up with for over 5 minutes, although they received no food! Crazy, seeing how many customers were waiting for their payed for orders! Throughout my experience tonight she rolled her eyes multiple times, slapped her hands together while trying to argue with me about her behavior, argued with her coworkers in front of the drive through window to the point that the window was shut but I could still hear her say “she f** told me..” ignored us sitting at the drive through window for 5 minutes before she came back to see what we wanted, then when telling her we didn’t get her fries she said “oh yeah I was gonna tell you, go wait at ‘2’ and we will bring it out” THEN I HAD TO WALK UP TO THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW TO ASK THEM WHERE MY FRY WAS 20 minutes later, to find they still didn’t have it, in fact they forgot we were out there. When asking the other employees for her name, they all paused and said Jani, then Miranda?? When asking the employee for her name she said Jani, then another employee (clearly her friend) came up to me and then decided to tell me a different name. I think again, Miranda? So not only did Jani cause multiple customers to get frustrated, but then we had a taller (also minor, who refused to provide her name) lady who likes to lie to get out of being responsible for being irresponsible. The rest of the employees tonight did fine. It was clear that it was the end of their shift and they wanted to be done. Yet they all continued to get the job done. While being professional and kind. There was a young man who was a little sarcastic by saying “aren’t you tired, it’s so late! Drive home safe and go get sleep” which I easily disregarded because I would probably do the same thing. Like really! why are all of these people just now coming for food (lol) I get it. Completely do. However; blatant disrespect and disregard for professionalism is inexcusable. Jani and her tall minor friend really need to be reprimanded. You don’t lie, especially to customers. And you need to maintain a level of respect for people. When I left, one of the multiple vehicles were still waiting for their food, and they had been waiting since before us. Some management advice, get some name tags for your employees so your employees don’t use the fact that they don’t have them, to manipulate situations. This night was Sunday 7/25/21 I will be making a legitimate complaint.

I tried ordering in the app but every time I tried to use a coupon it would say "unavailable ". So I went inside to place my order. I ordered a Large Chocolate Brownie Extreme Blizzard with extra Brownie chunks . There was a line so I waited for my order to be called out. Finally after a while an employee called out "Chocolate Brownie Extreme extra brownie chunks?!" And I went up there and she was handing me a size Small.. I had told her I ordered a Large and she just looked at me.. then another employee said "well make hera a large!". She made me a large and I walked out to my car.. only to realize that there was no Chocolate in my blizzard. It looked NOTHING like a CHOCOLATE brownie extreme blizzard. I always have issues with this location. I also took pictures to show. I hope I can get a response back from then to fix this issue.
