The banh mi sandwiches here are very good as are the spring rolls. Those are the two things I order when I come here and I always get it to go, so I can't speak about the service or ambiance. I have not tried the pho here but it always looks good. If you are craving Vietnamese food, this is a good option.
Being from Houston, I am particularly picky when it comes to pho and the Seattle area's pho scene definitely leaves something to be desired. However, 108 has probably been my favorite spot so far in the area for great pho. Broth is rich and packed with all the right notes and flavors and a generous serving and selection of different meats for the combination pho. The chicken banh mi, & pork & shrimp fresh roll was so delicious and flavorful. Their combo vermicelli was also good, just wish it had a sauce to give it more flavor. I used some of the sauce for the fresh rolls on it. Bomb.
