I had a mobile order that was ready, and went to the counter check in. One lady walked by me twice without acknowledging me, and one other lady also walked by. A nice lady once she saw me finally assisted me. This was at 12:30pm 4/8. It doesn’t take much to just say that someone will be right with you.

I showed up a little after 1:30 pm to pick up an order made on the app for a coworker and make my own order. No answer at the order board, went to the window and knocked no one showed up. Called the store no one answered the phone. My coworker paid for an order never received.

** edited to mention the GM. He’s doing his best with a short crew. Even tho he has been working nonstop he and his team have kept a positive attitude and are very upbeat even more importantly the GM is a kind man. Keep up the great work!!This is honestly the best BK I’ve ever been to. **Shout out to the drive thru crew and cooks. You all rock!!!**No matter what time of day (hubs can work some late nights - so seriously any time day or night) their employees are really nice with a great sense of humor. Food is made fresh and no skimping on burger toppings- TYVM! . Fries are fresh too and it tastes like they keep their fryers clean, no funky taste or smells. We usually use the drive thru and our food is still hot by the time we get home - that is my usual way of knowing if my food was fresh or sitting around - oh and by the time we get home the lettuce is still crisp and the tomatoes taste fresh too, not all soggy and gross. Thanks drive thru team for being so awesome!!

My whopper us never short on lettuce or jalapeños! Better that the surrounding area
As soon as I came I liked the old style of the place, it felt welcoming. Came in and one of the workers greeted us. Service was good. I ordered 2 burgers and some stuff and was served with a nice attitude. Food was a solid 9/10. The lady who took our order was super nice. I got my food in less than 5 minutes and it was nice, hot and felt fresh. Overall I really like the atmosphere service and food. Best burger king I've been to. I would totally recommend it to anyone.

Pathetic, No one at the register, waited a few minutes, someone walked by to fill up a cup, no acknowledgement, left and ended up eating at the Shell gas station next door. The cashier there actually said hello to me.

Chicken fries are hard and very little chicken like old, mozzarella sticks taste like an old foot and their milkshake tasted like dirt. No I'm slightly exaggerating oh and also they're flimsy little milkshake stripe clogging up and collapsing in on itself didn't know Burger King's milkshakes we're that bad. They're charbroiled burgers are good though.
