Pho Bac Cafe offers delicious Vietnamese food, with the best pho broth in the South end. The rice noodle bowl with grilled pork and fresh veggies is a must-try (#28 on the menu). The staff is friendly, although there were some minor issues with the service. The vermicelli and other dishes were wonderful, although the grilled pork was slightly overcooked. Wheelchair accessibility is good, and even furry friends like Harley enjoy their pho.
