“Tra Kirkland doesn’t just have a nice atmosphere but amazing drinks. Our children enjoyed the strawberry lemonade and blue lemonade. We even splurged on the cute robot cups. The lemonades weren’t too sweet, slightly tart and very refreshing. My husband enjoyed the viet coffee and I got the coconut viet coffee. The coffee was smooth, flavorful and cooling on a warm day. They have drinks that cater to every preference from coffee to teas. I would highly recommend this shop.“

“Carrot cake was good and moist. My iced coffee wasn’t as strong as I like. My daughter’s hot chocolate was $0.01 with my adult drink. Her hot chocolate was really good, not overly sweetened. The girl at the cash register was very friendly! We quickly found parking nearby.“

“I went here on a whim...Pleasantly surprised. All the smoothies are amazing and healthy it seems. What's a hidden gem for me is the coffee smoothies and the coffee...It's all creamy and excellent. The coconut roll/bun thing is off the hook. The staff is super friendly and eager to assist with a smile. It’s a bit on the sweeter side but definitely worth it.I would also recommend Fusion Mocha and Blonde Hawaiian. If you like caramel then Caramel Silk is a good option too.PS- If you could find Alexis, definitely ask her for the iced white chocolate Americano.“

“Great coffee in terms of physical product, but sometimes inconsistent craftsmanship. When my drink is made correctly it’s INCREDIBLE, and that is most of the time; which make the dud drinks all the more disappointing. Overall fully recommend, but be very specific on drink instructions and watch your barista… god I’m obnoxious, but you want what you ordered, right?!“
“This place has good coffee, friendly staff, and dog treats for puppies. I go there whenever I need to grab breakfast because their sandwiches are incredible. I usually get the one with the garlic aioli, or the turkey bacon croissant is delicious unheated if you really need something fast“

“Delicious gelato by the Lake street. This was my first time and I tried the slow roasted pistachio + coconut, really good! The service is quick. Also bought a pistachio pint to go later :D the shop is tiny, so we took the gelato to-go and walked to the Marina Park. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby! Nice to walk around“
“The coffee was good and the staff was nice. Service wasn't the fastest as only one person was behind the counter. There isn't much space inside Caffe Ladro but the Kirkland Urban offers great outdoor seating and there is some building seating.“
“After searching all the Starbucks in the northern half of the Eastside, this has become my go-to place to spend a few hours on my laptop. Roomy, fireplace, warm atmosphere, and electrical outlets under all the benches lining the walls, even the big table by the fireplace.Other pros:-Staff is always friendly and although sometimes understaffed (who isn't nowadays?) it has never been a problem.-No drive-through! Starbucks corporation relented to the profit-gods some time ago and every new store has a drive through now; frantic head-set-wearing staff lessen a relaxed coffee-house experience.-Never had a problem getting a drink remade if I thought there was something iffy (even me whining 'it tastes weak for some reason' lol)Cons: (about this store in particular)-The temps are always a challenge here: too icy AC in the summer and in the winter a cold-draft down your back at the window benches Also, for laptop uses, you are usually sitting with your laptop facing the window behind you so reflections are a problem during daylight hours.-On Weds the local schools let out early so it can be a noisy crowd of kids in the early afternoon. Avoid if you want a quieter coffee-house experience.-Parking can be tight but lots of room right next door if you can handle walking 50'. If you are not elderly or handicapped and this is your biggest complaint then I think you are doing pretty well!Overall my favorite place in the Eastside of Totem Lake area!“

“I have gotten my coffee from here before work at least twice a week for the past year and it has come out perfect every time! I order ahead and by the time I get in the store (15 min after ordering) it ready for me on the counter. Ordering inside is great too, the staff is helpful and I haven't had to wait too long. The location is very whimsical as well. They also keep water out for pets <3“
“I have been to several Starbucks and can honestly say this location is by far the best, the customer service is outstanding. They are very friendly, accommodating, and make the best drinks. Everyone that works at this location will ensure you enjoy your drink and are happy to make adjustments if needed (drinks have always been delicious, and adjustments were never needed, but they offer). I literally avoid the Starbucks across the street which has a convenient drive thru, and would rather walk into this location as it’s inside Safeway.“

“The baristas are really nice and efficient, even when there is long line in the morning with one batista behind the counter taking orders and making drinks. Since it is in a Safeway they don't take mobile orders. They also have a much smaller food selection than most Starbucks. However, their drinks are always good and they give a good amount of whipped cream.“
