Second visit, giving a 2 star rating due to product and price. Product: We had their "ice cream" bowl, vanilla and chocolate respectively. To me the taste of said flavor is minimal. Honestly, I have had more flavorful non dairy / low sugar / etc. desserts from the supermarket freezer. Price: I'll round it up to $20 for two bowls of "ice cream" @ $8.50/each / .50 for a very small amount of coconut / tax. The cost is the main detractor. A non memorable product experience only amplifies it. The second visit was the last visit.

I came here with a friend because she loves this place, and I can see why! The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. We both ordered the Chocolate Freeze, and it hit the spot. Next time, I'll have to come back to try the juices! :)

Great choices of juices to choose from! Great energy booster on those down days. Oh they also have juice booster shots. Staff were friendly. I wish they had seating though.

Couldn't help myself but to write an excellent review for the pressed juicery staff in totem lake village... but specifically my experience with Isaac. He deserves to be recognized for his work ethic, customer service skills, but also his overall friendliness and how he goes out of his way to care and get to know his customers. I don't come across too many people anymore where it doesn't seem fake... and I can assure you, he deep down is a good person to its core. Not only that but he makes our açaí bowls and freeze's perfectly. Very very impressed with Pressed juicery and I will be coming back whenever I am in town! Thank you for all that you do for this business Isaac! They are lucky to have you

I enjoy the juice, the ability the order online and have had good experiences with the staff. The staff are always apologetic when they are out of stock or leave something out of my order which they always happily give me my missing items. My issues are that this store is always so out of stock, they wait to pack my order then get it all screwed up. They are never staffed always stating, "this isn't my normal store." Get the totem lake some staffing so they can place their orders and help their customers appropiately.

Aubree is the best!! Came in for the first time this morning after wanting to try it our for months and she was so kind and knowledgeable about all of the products! Very customer focused and was able to provide great insights about the different cleanses. Very impressed by the staffing choice here :)

I ordered a juice set for delivery, however they provided me with substitute products with an apology note that they were out of stock for the original ordered items. The note also mentioned that within 48 hours that a refund would be processed. No refund was ever processed. I called them multiple times and received promises that the manager would resolve this. Still no fix. I emailed their corporate office. Still no fix. Called some more times. Still empty promises and no resolution. I can't recommend a store that provides the wrong product, doesn't fulfill a financial transaction, and has poor customer support.

My daughter and I have been wanting to try this newer location in the remade Totem Lake Mall. As we entered, we saw that the store is super bright and cheery and way larger than it appears from the outside. The ceiling is like 2 stories tall which makes it roomy. We were greeted by a smiling employee named Natalie. She was super helpful and charismatic. Natalie suggested the Açaí bowls and we were offered a small taste of the açaí and were sold on them. We each had a large sized Power Açaí bowl with added strawberries. It was nice to see the bananas were sliced freshly and expertly right in front of us. Natalie did a careful job to make the bowls look very appealing. We enjoyed every bite and I scrapped my açaí bowl clean. I would've licked it but that's just crazy. I am a fan of Pressed and will definitely be back to this location. Hopefully Natalie will be working then!

I went to this new location of Pressed for the first time this morning and was so impressed! The place is very clean and bigger than I expected, and the staff Natalie was super kind and helpful with our order! I loved the customer service! Inside they have 4 seats to enjoy your order, or you can quickly pick up your order and take it to go. My dad and I both ordered açaí bowls, which are vegan and come with a variety of toppings available. I got vegan marshmallows, almonds, fruit, and almond butter on top. The açaí was super fresh and yummy, my dad and I loved ours! We also were able to sample a couple juices which was super fun, and I got the strawberry orange smoothie juice drink after sampling. I've been to other pressed locations and have tried the vegan soft serve freezes before, which are super delicious, and I'm so happy there's a pressed located closer to my house now! I know I'll be back to order more açaí, freezes and juices soon. Thanks Natalie for making our experience at Pressed so great!
