I would like to start off by saying I have lived in Korea and Japan and this is by far the best Ramen I have ever had I love that it is family owned, and their chili sauce is a must have. They do sell it so if you love a spicy kick, make sure to pick one of those up! They have delicious sake, and I recommend their Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen or Chicken Katsu Don. Best ramen spot I've came across I been wanting to have a good ramen shop near by and when I came across this place i instantly fell in love ! From the food to the employees everything was amazing . I came in on a really rainy gloomy day & I left happy with a full belly :)

Nothing like some delicious Ramen paired with a little sake. From the tempura plate to the black garlic tonkatsu, a bit of Sake finished off with a Japanese beer, Cube Ramen is a great go to. The ambiance is nice, and you get the friendly service of non chain restaurant. BTW, They have a hot chili sauce that is to die for. It will not disappoint.
