Absolutely the best ramen I have ever had. I've tried several ramen places in Washington and this was without a doubt the best. We had a group of 6 showed up at lunch time and were seated within 15 minutes. Food was excellent. The black garlic tonkotsu is what I had and it was delicious. They have a house made chili oil that is not for the faint of heart but is also delicious. I will make a point to stop in there any time I'm moving through and it's within an hour of my route.

Nothing like some delicious Ramen paired with a little sake. From the tempura plate to the black garlic tonkatsu, a bit of Sake finished off with a Japanese beer, Cube Ramen is a great go to. The ambiance is nice, and you get the friendly service of non chain restaurant. BTW, They have a hot chili sauce that is to die for. It will not disappoint.

I would like to start off by saying I have lived in Korea and Japan and this is by far the best Ramen I have ever had I love that it is family owned, and their chili sauce is a must have. They do sell it so if you love a spicy kick, make sure to pick one of those up! They have delicious sake, and I recommend their Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen or Chicken Katsu Don. For a tasty drink, I also recommend their milky tea! We visit this place quite often, and look forward to it every time.
Best ramen spot I've came across I been wanting to have a good ramen shop near by and when I came across this place i instantly fell in love ! From the food to the employees everything was amazing . I came in on a really rainy gloomy day & I left happy with a full belly :)

This is my go to for ramen or wanting anything warm when it's cold. The black garlic ramen is so flavorful, i order a side of the chicken katsu to add to it and it is perfect. They also have a chili oil that is the perfect amount of spicy and tasty. After finding this place i don't think I've wanted pho once. Another bonus is they have a ramen my daughter really likes. Take the family, eat ramen be warm and happy.

Been here with my family twice and just gotta say this place has the best ramen in Olympia!The best part they have homemade chili oil that they serve with the ramen and you can buy a jar.My kiddo loves this place!
