“We had the most magical experience at subway today. It started off so odd. No employees at the counter. We rang the bell and got no answer. We started worrying if it was even open. We waited a solid 5 minutes before a new employee named Josh walked in the front door. As soon as Josh got inside his coworker walked out of the bathroom and said he was taking his break. Josh look at us, said he would wash his hands and be right with us. He admitted he was just starting there and had never made a sandwich for anyone before. He did wonderful. It was obviously his first day, he had to find lots of things, but he was so sweet and did great. His kindness and customer service changed our minds on the poor service after being ignored by his coworkers. Overall subway is subway. But Josh was wonderful!“

“The young man Tanner and the 2 other guys he was working with where getting hammered with large orders and a lot of car in drive thru all at once with lobby open as well managed to keep calm and get the orders out as fast as possible, was also kind to anyone who complained about time it's taking. I know how hard it can get as I'm a ex bk employee and look forward to coming back and hope to see him running the store. Keep up the good work“
