Came through Saturday morning 3-17-24 around 7:15am, ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwich with no breakfast sauce in the drive thru. Got to my destination about 15 minutes down the road to find a sandwich that had the sausage patty removed a piece of cheese that looked like it had been spit on with the breakfast sauce oozing out of the entire sandwich. The drive thru person was smirking when he passed it to me through the window. $6 sandwich I threw away isn't the end of the world to me, but this McDonald's should probably check their cameras to see what's going here before their employees make someone sick from messing with customers food. A lot of bad reviews regarding the food, probably not a coincidence.

Would love to be able to give better rating but some of the staff here are out right disrespectful, discriminate against those with disabilities such as autism and refuse to give customers items they have already paid for that were not given when they were handed their order. I have never had such a terrible interaction with someone who is supposed to be a manager but cannot seem to figure out how to speak to other in a respectful manner, handle issues with customers appropriately or how to deal with someone with a disability without discrimiating against them for things they cannot control. Good was just sitting in the warmer for 5+ minutes before having to ASK about our order. We have been to this establishment many times and this was by far the worst service we have ever received. If you have a disability I highly recommend not going to this location as you are likely to be discrimiating against and be told they won't give you the rest of your order but just refund you. Was refused information on how to contact general or district manager or be given the name of the "manager" who was discrimiating against me for my disability. Our food was FAR from fresh when we did finally receive it but just left after receiving the remaining items due to how we were treated by this so called "manager".

Absolutely terrible area, and average McD's food, but the service is always good here. The restaurant can't do anything about the area. However everything within their control is more than satisfactory.
This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The person at the window somehow didn’t enter our order and had to re-do it and then it took literally 20 minutes for them to get us the very simple order of 2 double cheese burgers. NOT FAST! They are inept.

Absolutely horrible service especially in the drive through waited for over 30 minutes stuck behind one person on the left side while the right side helped at least 7 cars before bothering to help the people in front of me who repeatedly were asking hello. Absolutely ridiculous.

So I Went to this McDonald’s and it was quick. I asked for two double no pickles. Came home open them and this si what they look like. Burn meat, Dry meat, old meat, One new cheese & one of the cheese is old. The cover was black cus i believe they microwave the sandwich just to get hot. My fries Was Old & greezy they recooked them. And my happy meal for my daughter she got nuggets i trashed it. The nuggets was hard. I dont know what these people think. My nuggets they asked me to wait in the parking and still not fresh. Spend 20 some dollars on these garbage.
