“This place is great and has wonderful food but VERY often when I pick up food from here, they will give me the wrong order and then when I go back to try and fix it, they asked me to one bring the food back to pay for the food again and three tell me that it’s my fault that I didn’t get the right food. I don’t work there and it is not my job to make sure that the right customer gets the right order that is quite literally what the job is of the restaurant with to go orders. Again great food nice people and a good clean atmosphere but you can’t tell your customer. It’s their fault when you hand them the wrong bag for to go food that’s not fair it’s not good service, and it’s just weird. They often won’t force you to pay when you come in but over the phone they will tell you that you need to pay for the order again to get the replacement. Also, they should not be taking food back that’s against health code.All of that being said, I do understand that there is a language and cultural barrier that causes some of these issues. However, if you decide to make a business and have those issues and repeatedly are accidentally giving out the wrong item, there needs to be a system in place to Avoid those issues and a protocol for when those issues do arise so that you can equally care for the customers as well as the business costsVegetarian options: Good veggie options but make sure they don’t accidentally give you meat“
“We decided after numerous failures elsewhere to try this modest establishment for their pho. We had the Vegetarian and Beef rib and brisket. We gave the pho a strong 4 stars. There's always room for improvement and a 5-star pho has to rock my socks off. My wife really enjoyed her vegetable pho and the large serving would have fed a small horse. My brisket was tender and the flavor was as expected. The rib was pleasantly seasoned perfectly to set itself apart from the brisket. Maybe a little more care to prep the brisket as much of it came in huge clumps. Awkward. The broth did not disappoint. It was adequately present and not weak nor lacking flavor. I had the passion paradise tea and it was perfect! It was sweet, yet clean and refreshing. It paired well with the beef and herbs in the pho. Dining area was clean. Service was attentive without being overboard or lacking. We were grateful there was no TV, and while the music was good, like all the other restaurants, it was too loud, making conversation difficult. People want conversation without having to be loud. This alone will cause me to not return to many restaurants for dining in. We'll return soon and see if there were any improvements but I think a sold 4-stars is not bad.“
“Wow, I did not expect this place to be so good, just stopped by on a whim and decided to give this place a tryI ordered a large Steak Pho to-go, and they absolutely delivered on the large part of that. Very generous portions, and very well presented! Every ingredient is obviously very fresh and high qualityI put it all together and gave it a taste and just wow! This has got to be the best tasting Pho I've ever had in my lifeAlso, the restaurant was very busy with both sit-in and take-out orders, so there is demand for this supply, and I can totally see why they are so busy“

“food is great and service can be slow, not many people work here. I saw many people picking up phone orders. I've always been able to get a table. which you pick yourself. the menus are under glass at each table do you can peruse what you would like to have, by the time someone takes your order. nice “
“I got shrimp spring rolls and a matcha bubble tea and also some chicken pho it was the best phon ever and the spring rolls were huge and the peanut sauce serving size we need more places like this I’m telling you they were so nice and the even gave me a special spoon for being so kind I went there once and the lady said I was very handsome and I just went today and she remembered me she is the best and the guy there he took my order like it was nothing although regular boba was out today I got matcha you guys need to come here it’s soooooo niceeeee best place I’ve ever been too“
