“The food was great! We were however, concerned for the staff during my visit with family members with the heat outside 102 F and it being hot inside. It did NOT seem like the AC was being utilized effectively to support the staff during this HEAT WARNING and to keeping the patrons comfortable! Was the AC off or non functional? Or was it available and just not utilized? If you needed to close to keep your staff safe from the heat totally get it!”

“We were disappointed. The service was very efficient but robotic. The chicken teriyaki is generous, but the rice was simply paste. - so overcooked that no individual grains could be discerned. The broccoli was odd, overcooked above but with undercooked stems. The carrots were undercooked.”

“We have eaten here a couple times before, but this definitely solidified it as my favorite Asian place in town. Pad Thai was delicious. We also got the Thai fried rice and ‘on fire’ (a chicken stirfry). Everything was super fresh and tasty. The vegetables were crisp yet perfectly cooked. Chicken was prepared perfectly. We will definitely be back. Three stars on atmosphere just because it’s kind of a weird space because it used to be a barbecue joint. They do their best.”

“We don't live locally, but have dined at El Ranchito at least 20+ times within the last 22 years. We've tried many different Mexican restaurants and we always go back to El Ranchito for the food, the drinks, the value and the family-owned environment. We have never had a bad meal or service here. Always welcoming, always delicious. The bonus salsa/chips and dessert are equally as fresh and tasty. We often buy a tub of the Pico de gallo because it's simply amazing. Great food, great place.”

“Having grown up and lived in Texas for almost 35 years, I’ve eaten my share of barbecue. I’ve been in the Northwest the past 36 years and JTs is the best barbecue I’ve had in that time. The brisket sandwich is fantastic. Also enjoy the barbecue bowl. Couple that with a Beach Cat beer and a view of Birch Bay and you’ve got Heaven on Monday nights! Highly recommend!”

“Today was late 2000s pop music; YUCK. Usually, 70s, 80s classic rock and pop and occasional newer pop mixed in. Good is always fresh and good tasting. Order taking is fast and food is delivered quickly. Never had any problems with the order after 50+ visits to this location. Favorite fast food restaurant.”

“Stopped by the gas station and ended up trying this food truck even though I wasn't hungry. I was so glad to have stopped by and this truck is going to be a regular stopover for me whenever I drive across the border and going further south.
When I reached there, it was already like 5 mins past their closing time but the owner was so nice to accept my order. Tried their Pollo Tacos and it was beyond amazing. Definitely gonna try their burrito, which looks amazing in some other review photos, next time!!!
They have a couple of picnic tables and also a shed with seating for about 12-15 people for anyone who wants to dine-in.”

“My Little Mexico catered our daughter's wedding. The food was delicious, abundant and affordable. They delivered more than enough for the 100+ guests - and added a whole extra serving pan of meat! Guests piled their plates high and there were compliments all around for the tastiness of the taco fillings.
The delivery and setup were on time and efficient. They provided warming pans, serving utensils, and all the dishes for condiments. The next morning they picked up all their equipment. It was easy to work with the owner to plan the menu and to make adjustments to quantities when we knew the exact number of people attending.
I would definitely recommend My Little Mexico for catering - a great value for excellent food.

“Are used to go to the Starbucks quite often because it is not nearly as busy as the standalone Starbucks store across the Guide Meridian Street. It is your typical grocery store, Starbucks, and they offer consistently good coffee and service. It’s a great place to grab your favorite Starbucks espresso drink while you do your grocery shopping.”

“I passed by Lynden from Vancouver, BC and was looking for a quick eat. Had heard that this was the best thai in whatcom county so I gave it a try. First, the atmosphere was really great - it was raining outside and the open concept of the plaza with the little khoi pond and bridge to get to the restaurant was amazing. I ordered a chicken pad thai which was very authentic and tasted great. It was a little heavy on the sauce, but the portion was huge and it had the right mix of sweet and savoury. Would definitely come by again and recommend it to anyone passing through the Lynden border.”
