“How I heard of this place: Likely a promotional flyer or coupon, which we immediately took advantage of. Their name is cute and catchy, which sticks easily in your memory. Type of cuisine: All things Bundt. The cakes come in larger sizes, minis (think large muffin size) and tinies (mini cupcake size). Ambiance: Quaint, lively, darling. The shops often seem to be placed in strip malls, giving less space inside, but plenty of color and character! Many items available for sale for a variety of celebratory occasions - baby showers, birthdays, weddings, Mother's Day, etc. So many cakes on display, too, which offer much to gawk at as well as inspire future orders. What I ordered: A strawberries & cream bundtlet and a Confetti bundlet (the large muffin size). What I loved: Of the handful of cakes we have sampled here - fall/winter flavors, and now spring/summer ones - the Strawberries & Cream has been the favorite. Why I loved it: Moist and full of flavor, the mini cakes a perfect size to share with family, and still feel like you had a humble yet decadent dessert. Cost: $6 per bundtlet“
“We enjoy our cupcakes often. The kids tend to choose the same flavors, but we parents like the variety. They are kept cold and by the time we get home they are nice and soft and very filling! The frosting is fantastic. And don't judge me when you see that extra lingering around in my fridge. that's for later when the kids are sleeping so I don't have to share! Highly recommend.“
“The ice cream is great. 5 stars. BUT:Your system encourages shoplifting! The place was crowded today. I witnessed today four teenagers ordering ice cream each, two boys (one white, one black) and two girls (one asian, one white), and when all had their ice cream, they quickly left. The employees never noticed because the ones that serve do not communicate to the person im the registry what to charge for. Plus the employees are rotating their serving and charging tasks, so they don't put attention to the customer line order, which waits about 5 minutes between the time they get their ice cream and the time they arrive to the registry to pay.You should consider charging first, then serving the ice cream.“
“Sweet Pearl baked the most delicious (& beautiful) cupcakes for my daughter's birthday party! Nicole was so lovely & easy to coordinate with and the treats were a big hit with all our guests. So thankful to have this gem of a bakery nearby!“
“I ordered a birthday cake for a family member and Stefanie absolutely nailed it. We ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and it was delicious. The cost of the cake was more than reasonable - I would highly recommend reaching out to Stefanie at Cakes by Frosted!“
“This is a fantastic gem of a cafe! Very kind, fun, and eternally creative owners that really make you feel at home (even when you are unhoused). Love these people. Grab The Scott for one of the best Cortados in Seattle! Oh ya Comedy Saturdays @2pm stop by for the open mic! ?“
“Our favorite dessert place, hands down! Whether it’s the bundtinis or a full Bundt cake, you can’t go wrong. The cakes are always moist, flavorful and fresh. The cream cheese frosting isn’t too sweet either. Confetti is our favorite and perfect for any occasion. We’ve been to various locations and this will always be our go-to!“
“One of my friends and I had breakfast with our little kiddos at Frost on Sunday morning. It was around 9am, both my boy and my friend's boy are super loud and very energetic boys. The ladies who served were AMAZING, very compassionate with little children, my kid even went behind the counter a couple of times and they were stopping and playing with him, we were kicked out of Starbucks before for that same reason and they were extremely rude. As a mother of a very energetic and curious boy it always makes me feel very nervous taking my son to restaurants and cafes because of the looks and huffs and buffs I get from customers or waiters but I was very pleased that I felt welcome with my son at Frost.Kid-friendliness: very very kid friendly.“
“I love this cozy new place. I meet my colleagues here for coffee and to talk research and they leave you alone. The staff are very friendly and really sweet - though understaffed. The macrons look amazing!I usually order the 16oz cappuccino. But make sure to tell them to warm up the cup with hot water first if you like it piping hot.“
“My god. This is the best pie in the county, in the state, maybe the world. It's magic. You've gotta plan ahead a little and order online, or keep an eye on the Instagram in case there's something available last-minute, but holy moly is it worthwhile.“
