“I love this place and these yummy cookies. I was not greeted when I came in the door. I was in a long line waiting for the computer to order my cookies. I would rather have a real person taking my order and talking to me making eye contact through the process. The computer was dirty. There was no wipes or any way to sanitize it before I put my fingers on it. I know it was busy and I’m not complaining but a little more attention should be given to the front of the house. People are gross, they need to clean up after they make a mess but they don’t if there is no way to do it. Thank you!“
“Always consistent, order the same drink for the past few years and she always remembers it, pretty fast for just her in there and the quality of her products are amazing!Parking: She rents out her extra parking spaces for 10 each for the lake nearby when their parking lot gets full during summer. She’s and awesome person and i think that’s a great idea considering she normally does espresso/icecream“
“The employees here are great! I have a very severe peanut allergy and since there was cross contamination between the toppings, they offered to cut up some fruit and bring fresh toppings from the back. They were very nice about it and didn't make me feel like a burden.A suggestion I have for Menchie's is to place nuts in a separate section like other frozen yogurt places. They way it's set up here, you have to bring the spoon over other toppings so nuts end up falling into the other topping bowls.“
“The ice cream is great. 5 stars. BUT:Your system encourages shoplifting! The place was crowded today. I witnessed today four teenagers ordering ice cream each, two boys (one white, one black) and two girls (one asian, one white), and when all had their ice cream, they quickly left.The employees never noticed because the ones that serve do not communicate to the person im the registry what to charge for. Plus the employees are rotating their serving and charging tasks, so they don't put attention to the customer line order, which waits about 5 minutes between the time they get their ice cream and the time they arrive to the registry to pay.You should consider charging first, then serving the ice cream.“
“I was "jones-ing" for a smoothie. 400 miles form home in a part of Seattle I wasn't familiar with.Found this place and I didn't notice but it was 10 minutes before opening time. Door was unlocked and I went in without knowing. With a tiny bit of coaxing, the girl made me a Mexican style drink with chile pepper on top. I really didn't expect that, I'm an idiot and didn't read carefully, AND it was fabulous. I will look again for a Baskin Robbins for that drink.“
“Wonderful spot to grab a drink and play some games, been involved in their events, and their prize support and community seem to be a lot of fun. The wall of freeplay games are very welcoming to newcomers, and the rotating drink selection is top notch“
