There was 1 other person in the restaurant when we arrived. I figured that would make the service a little better. I was incorrect. Starting with some type of food on the walls of the booth my wife and 2 kids were seated at. Jelly or syrup maybe, and a lot of it.We started with coffee. It tasted super old and burnt. No silverware to stir the sugar and creamer.The kids got apple juice. My 2 year old, choked on his apple juice, and it went all over the table, his placemat, and himself. The server saw this, and never offered us any napkin or rag. He just walked away.When we got our food, the quality was just okay. But I wasn't expecting a miracle (my burger tasted like it covered in blue cheese)That's when we received silverware with the 1 napkin each.When it was over at around 7:15ish, I got the bill. $71. and change.I had 3-100s, 2-50s, and a couple of 1s. Handed him a hundred. He stated that he couldn't get into the safe to break it. I was dumbfounded. We went back n forth a couple times, about him not having any money at all at his disposal. He never offered any solution. Like calling a manager to help or whatever. I told him I was going to tip if that helps, just not $30. I suggested he just give me $10 back. He again, just said he couldn't open the safe. We just went back n forth for a few minutes. I got irate at this point. 2 kids, ready to go. No resolution to the situation.Luckily my wife had someone venmo the money to us, so she could use her card.Otherwise my only 2 options were, don't pay, walk off, get the cops called on us, maybe get arrested in front of my kids.Or 2, be forced to give him a 30 dollar tip.When we got home I checked the menu, there was in fact, NO blue cheese listed on the jalapeño burger. So I guess it was mold that I tasted.The server seemed really checked out, and or, a little dimwitted. But nice enough. I get that it's not the greatest job. I also get that everybody deserves a chance to work. But this was bar none the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. This whole situation would've gone a whole lot worse for everyone had my children not been there.

We came in for brunch with seven people and I only ordered sausage and toast. They were cold and when I asked for new ones they acted like it was a problem. There was a waitress that had her pants unzipped and it was very unprofessional. Staff was sitting in the booths having conversations and it was not a good dining experience.
The food was okay.My problem with this IHOP is that everything is old. The bathroom was so old that the hardware was pitted by age.This place needs a serious remodel.

This review is late in coming as I was here approximately two months go but I can still remember the most unsatisfying breakfast I had here. I ordered eggs and bacon with pancakes. They brought me two very small end pieces of bacon which wasn't enough for one slice of what a normal bacon should be. I thought it was joke but it was for real. The hash browns were cold, dry, and tasteless and the pancakes tasted a little off. I surmise there is a new owner cutting corners at this restaurant to make a buck. Stay away from this IHOP, unless you accept small portions for a mediocre breakfast at best and do not mind overpaying.

The place is so comfortable and lovely , gives a vibe of old vintage restaurant.Perfectly benevolent environment and it’s my all time fav brunch place . The food is so yum and gives so real flavors .
This ihop is super small you will be sitting on top of the next table they try to fit everyone one in and more tables like sardines. I would not come back here they should just shut the place down. You will be touching the ppl behind you at the next table when eating. Not worth coming here try a different location or Denny’s across the street. There is also very little parking maybe for 20 cars. Not parking spaces.Parking: Super small so all spaces taken only like 20 cars so not worth it.

They have greatly improved this IHOP since I last went, the bathroom before was a total disaster and had a broken toilet, it's been renovated since and is very clean. The service is wonderful as always and the food is SO GOOD!! My daughter had the valentines strawberry chocolate pancakes which are new and she loved them.The only negative experience is using the app, I did the pay to go option and paid my bill plus added my tip into the app for our waitress but after seeing the waitresses reaction when I told her I paid on the app, I wonder if the tips in there go to them? I certainly hope so!! I went to the front to make sure the payment went through and everything was OK.
