I'm always on the look out for a good Jian Bing. Its such a classic Chinese comfort food, so I was excited to see that this place existed in Alderwood Mall. I only got the traditional because that's all I really need. To be honest this really isn't close to what I would find at a street food stall back in China. Ordered the ham and cheese which was exactly what a ham a cheese would taste like lol. Debated on the Peking duck but got the crispy chicken one instead. That was pretty good, it tasted like a katsu burrito. The gentleman making the pancake/crepe was so skilled. Very cool spot to check out while shopping!

This place is a must have for my family during mall trips, form the amazing food to the amazing people it is something that we can't forget. We always get the duck and/or the chicken and it never disappoints. My younger brother is always mesmerized when watching the food get made and all the time is asking for the duck burrito in the mall. All in all I would definitely recommend.
