If you’re looking to get a freeze, you’re going to be out of luck at this location. They never, ever have the Baja blast freeze working and I have honestly just given up on even trying to go here anymore. The Baja blast freezes were the only thing keeping my experience at this location decent but now I can’t even remember the last time I was able to get one. Just ridiculous.
we went on 11/4/23 at 8am, and sebastian at the window was great. not rushing and asking us about all the specifics instead of just picking the default options. there were a couple things off about the overall experience, like no ice and a forgotten receipt so i couldn’t do an official survey, but it’s a fast food place and it’s hard to expect perfection. the food was great and employees friendly, and that alone is 5 stars to me.give your morning team a raise!
