They have started cutting corners on not getting the right shell for a taco salad. It was basically a tortia shaped like a taco bowl. In the past it used to be the corn shell.Vegetarian options: Their refried beans are vegetarian, meaning no lard in them.
This is the best Taco del Mar in Seattle and surrounding locations and I've been to them all. The woman that runs the place is super sweet and her food is always fresh. She's generous with her portions. I have nothing bad to say about this Taco del Mar location, it's the best of them all. I've been to every Taco del Mar from the 164th store all the way to chehalis and have eaten at Taco del Mar since the day they opened in Seattle.
