“Magnificent experience as always at one of my favorite eateries in Central Washington. We like to come here after a hike and it's always filling and fulfilling. I usually get the beet pizza, but this time I got the pappardelle pasta with sweet potatoes and smoked salmon and it was so delicious. Very tasty and chock full of vegetables and salmon in a lovely cream sauce. Very satisfying. The watermelon mint slushy is also delicious and refreshing. I love the atmosphere inside, very rustic and cozy and friendly and hopping! We've had an especially good time in the little outside area though, with the server bringing a blanket and hot water bottle on a chilly late winter afternoon. Great service, except this time it wasn't quite up to par, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. She was nice but not very attentive. Love the vegetarian options. ??????Vegetarian options: Fairly large number of vegetarian options. A couple of pizzas, several salads, pasta, sandwiches and appetizers.”

“I don't usually leave reviews, but this was extraordinary! The food was exquisite, service was phenomenal and the atmosphere was sophisticated, but fun and relaxed. I absolutely can't say enough about how great everything was. The owners met us and talked us through the menu. Server was approachable and knowledgeable. Food was cooked to perfection and dessert was the best I have ever had from anywhere. LOVE IT! ❤️”

I got the three papusa meal (chicken, pork, bean and cheese) all fantastic. The salsas served with them were amazing as well. If you're in the area, stop in.”

Seeing the skewer sealed the deal for me.The machete with al pastor, onion, cilantro, and cheese in a handmade tortilla was filling. Overall the dish was a little dry and was light-handed in the seasoning. Whether being dry was from spending some time on the flat top or the al pastor needing a little more pineapple among the meat, it did rely on the accompanying salsa for additional flavor and juiciness. For the price, I can't say I'd order this particular dish again. It was good, but didn't pack a flavor punch.Jamaica beverage was among the best I've had. It was sweet, but it wasn't just pure sugar. Pleasantly surprised with this item.Space was pretty laid back. Grab a drink on the way to the counter, order at the counter, find a table, and wait for a very short amount of time for your food.I'd like to come back to try the birria I see rave reviews about.”

It can get busy, depending on the time and day, but that's just Pybus market. It's kind of like having an extra living room. Okay, a busy one sometimes. The staff are great and work really hard. “Wowowow great BBQ, and the staff provide excellent guidance on what to order based on what you're craving.My order was brisket sammy with honey Sriracha and slaw on the side and a side of potato salad with a cup of mustard. Brisket was tender and juicy, bun was fluffy but held shape even when saturated with juice, and the slaw was crisp and light.The potato salad was creamy but retained some of the potato chunks for texture. Initially it didn't have much zing, but he extra mustard (at the recommendation of the employee) completely upgraded from average to great.Great BBQ and great folks in a chill setting. A return trip is a must.”

“This place was recommended to us. 1st time trying. Went through drive thru. They do have a few tables outside to use. Great customer service, his voice very welcoming! Kids meal comes in this cool car. I forgot to check my order & my kid had no fries. But i had ordered garlic fries they had great taste. If u love garlic try these! Loved how he made sure that we be careful of oil spilling from the garlic fries if tilted the box. We tried classics burgers, simple no cheese, meat was juicy, good flavor in every bite. Will have to try shake from here next time !”

“Wow, I had the chai tea latte, trust me its the best I had since a long time. They use powdered spice instead of liquid syrup which makes the taste so authentic. The girl who served me was so lovely, took the time to know me and what I would like to try as it’s my first time here.Will be back to try more things for sure.”
