Cold air blasting for the 3 hours we were there. We and others asked for it to be fixed, but management did NOTHING.Update 03/05/24: All the customers, not just us, had to keep coats on, it was so cold in the restaurant. Outside temp only 35. Again, management did nothing. Even the bartender said, "It's always cold in here." On our next trip we'll stop elsewhere.

If you're looking for a great dining experience that pairs well with a day of shopping at the Seattle Premium Outlets, the RAM Restaurant is your spot, particularly for those who appreciate great brews and diverse dietary options (They are very accommodating for vegetarian, gluten free and vegans). This RAM location is conveniently within walking distance of the outlets as well as Tulalip casino. I visited a couple of times and always had a positive experience. Once with my team of 20 coworkers for our team outing (their staff was very friendly and really good with handling our big hungry group) and the second visit was to unwind in their bar after a day of retail therapy. Hazy IPA enthusiasts like me will appreciate RAM's 2 options, one better than another! Their margaritas and espresso martini are fantastic, too!My favorite food was the veggie burger with garlic mushrooms and guac, yum! The fried cauliflower and fried pickles were delicious, too!Looking forward to coming back!Vegetarian options: So many!Dietary restrictions: Several vegan and gluten free options
