Cold air blasting for the 3 hours we were there. We and others asked for it to be fixed, but management did NOTHING.Update 03/05/24: All the customers, not just us, had to keep coats on, it was so cold in the restaurant. Outside temp only 35. Again, management did nothing. Even the bartender said, "It's always cold in here." On our next trip we'll stop elsewhere.
If you're looking for a great dining experience that pairs well with a day of shopping at the Seattle Premium Outlets, the RAM Restaurant is your spot, particularly for those who appreciate great brews and diverse dietary options (They are very accommodating for vegetarian, gluten free and vegans).
