“My new favorite breakfast/lunch spot! Place was packed on a Saturday morning but the food came out quick. Tropical smoothie was delicious, egg-avocado toast was tasty! The banana nut bowl was to die for. Everything was fresh, healthy & delicious. Manager Heather was friendly & very professional. Highly recommend this spot & wish they had more locations. I could eat here every day! Location was small but we sat right down. It was a clean, fresh vibe. A+“

“I love this little hidden gem! It’s my third visit, and I’ve really enjoyed the variety of juices. I have to say the cold pressed ENERGY juice, and the apple chai kombucha are my favorites!“

“First, I must admit - I LOVE smoothies! Emerald City Smoothie (ECS) is by far my favorite spot for one, and I frequent several locations throughout the county each week to enjoy them. I specifically picked the Tukwila location (even though there was a closer one to us) because they consistently make great smoothies and their staff are very friendly.We had a staff meeting of 20+ people to serve breakfast to. We wanted to create a 'make your own acai bowl' bar for staff. Martin (ECS) was fast to respond, extremely accommodating, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He hooked us up with the bowl bases in larger containers for easier transporting, their yummy granola, and all the bowls and silverware needed. We bought all the fruits for the toppings. Martin helped to build a package that met our food needs as well as our smaller budget.Upon pick up, the bowls were all ready and packed up at the agreed upon pick up time, the consistency was perfect, and the flavor was great! The team thoroughly enjoyed the bowls. We have several ECS fans on our team and they were so happy to be able to enjoy the real deal for an acai bowl. We not only impressed them but also made new fans out of those who hadn't had an acai bowl or ECS. Thank you for helping to bring more variety and creativity to our staff meeting menu. We will definitely be back!“

“Cute place to get your healthy drinks and snacks! So many great options to choose from, whether you want a smoothie or an açaí bowl. I got the Coffee Kickstart for myself and a dragon fruit bowl and an açaí mango bowl for the kids. They were all amazingly delicious Customer service was great and the owner even took time to greet and chat with the customers. I'm hooked and definitely coming back!“

Initially, I aimed to be understanding, acknowledging that not everyone has their best day or needs to be at their peak performance at all times. However, I believe a simple smile and greeting can significantly enhance the experience. I've decided to modify my review to more accurately reflect my feelings. We normally visit the Bellevue location, and this was my first time choosing this particular venue. “I was having a self care day and was craving something refreshing, so I decided to visit Hydrate Juice Bar. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the staff and was provided great hospitality during my time there. And although the space is more on the intimate side, the atmosphere and aesthetic is comforting. Looking at the menu, there was a wide variety to choose from - açaí bowls, smoothies, wellness shots and even lattes. I had ordered the matcha latte and the farmers market açaí bowl. For the matcha latte, I wouldn't exactly say it's the greatest but it is okay. The almond milk and the almond butter in the latte was too overwhelming for me. As for the farmers market açaí bowl, it was very good! The consistency of the açaí was smooth, toppings included were fresh and generous. I will definitely come back to visit Hydrate Juice Bar in the near future!“

“This place is amazing!! I come on the weekdays and have the quickest service. Weekends are a little slower, which is understandable because they are extremely busy. Definitely worth the wait, considering good bowls take time! When I’m in a rush I order online and it is always ready when I arrive.“

“I got a coffee and an Acai bowl. The Acai bowl was yummy, with fresh fruit and granola on the one I got. The coffee was strong and had a good flavor. This place is on the first floor of what I think is an apartment complex so it's a little tucked away and parking in the area may be hard to find. I walked here while getting my car serviced nearby. If there's a line I think servie would be slow, as there was only one person working. So if you're in a hurry I wouldn't say this is going to be fast.“

“Love this place, especially this location. The staff is great and always nice even when they are slammed with customers. They make my smoothie at the thickness that I want. Other locations have been watery to me. Plenty of parking. This location is smaller than most so it's really a pick up and go kind of place. I come here at least a twice a month to get a fix if I don't make mine at home.“

I've probably never been inside more than five consecutive minutes, nor seen a line more than two people long.The operator, Zach, is friendly, fast, and pressure-free-patient as you choose a regular or large size from the display of 40 recipes. He's also a certified nutritionist (a plaque on the wall says so).You might think from the intense flavors that the smoothies here are loaded with added sugars, but--surprise--that sweetness is completely natural! “Quite a popular place located perfectly in the Redmond Town Center. Their Brazilian cheese bread is a must try. I loved their Chicken Fajita sandwich and chicken bites. Their Açaí bowls are very good too. They have an amazing passion fruit mousse. You can also get frozen cheese bites that can be baked at home.“

“We went here after walking by many times before. I ordered the coffee shake and it was the BOMB. I have only ever had the Vietnamese coffee with ice cream before. This coffee is Brazilian and delicious. I'll definitely go grab another one next time I'm at the mall.“
