I’m not sure who answered the phone but he was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. Ordered my food and he just hung up in my face. I called back because I thought the call dropped and he hung up again. Will never spend my money here and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Best flavor teriyaki, yet my friends and I all have the habit of leaving or hanging up during an order because the man at the front is a verbal bully. Last night I called and was told to “just order already.” So, once again, no teriyaki for me. (And I live right across the street.)My friend messages me regularly and says “I want their food today so badly, but I’ll have to look in the window and see if he’s there first.”There’s enough hardship in the world. We’re not going to pay to be punished to get a good meal.From what I see from the reviews this has been going on for years and looks like the management does not care to correct the issue. So it looks like the only thing we can do is just not go in, period, from here on. Even if the food is incredible.

We came here a few years ago for the first time and 1) the food was just alright & 2) the young man at the front was so rude!! Just like all the other comments, he’s incredibly cold and rude. We haven’t come back. We drive the extra 10 minutes to teriyaki spot on the south end. Way better food & very friendly staff!

I had to throw this awful stuff away. The guy at the counter was rude from the jump, rolling his eyes at my questions and just rude. The food is not fresh and the restaurant is dirty.

I miss this place. I moved out of state and crave the mean guy (who I’m pretty sure is the owners son who basically grew up here and probably wanted to do something else with his life so I don’t even mind the attitude and honestly it’s part of the nuance and nostalgia of this place) taking my order and mumbling that I’m “a moron” or something. I crave the chicken teriyaki and the sticky cans from the old fridge. I miss the smell of the weird bathroom and the 90’s tables in the dining area. This place is gold and I will definitely be visiting in the future.Love you mean guy at the front! (And everyone else)
