Totally empty place. One kid at duty, he has no interest in service. At 7.35 pm on 3/5/2024 all veggies were empty and he kept arguing about definition of veggies bowl. I have no idea why Qdoba is running this location and westing lease money only to ruin reputation. I know service in USA in general is down and Seattle area/ west coast is leader in poor attitude but still it bothers me. Please close the location. Please teach your staff elsewhere " what not to do"

The super friendly staff here makes this location! The woman that put my order together has been at Qdoba for years - I just put myself in her hands and she put together a great taco salad for me. The manager is extremely kind, and I could tell she sets the tone for her branch.If you need a quick, super casual meal - this location is a solid choice.

Ordered three cheese Nachos with grilled chicken, black beans, brown rice and pickled onions. Food was good, service was good. No one else was in the restaurant so had a quiet, pleasant meal. You have to park in a parking garage and walk around to get into the restaurant.

This is the first time I felt the need to tip at a chain restaurant. Raven working the line saw I had a list for an order and told me to read it out. Raven assembled the burrito quicker than I could read out the ingredients.
Apparently I’m not the only one that thinks this lady who works there has a terrible attitude. I get food from this location for at least a couple times a week. It’s my treat and save me time. Unfortunately I won’t be coming in if I see her working there. I don’t want to talk to her. I do not deserve to be treated like that. Awful person to work with.

Skip this location if you like QDOBA. We got adobo chicken burritos which tasted good. Guacamole and queso do not cost extra which is great. BUT the staff at this location are horrible. The lady that helped me prepared my burrito in the grumpiest I have ever seen and was really abrasive when asking me what I wanted. This store and table was dirty which was surprising as the store was not busy being mid-afternoon. In summation: food is good; service and atmosphere are awful.

Been eating here for years without complaint. Rice not even cooked through and crunchy. very disappointed in freshness of burrito bowl. Last two visits have been difficult. Run by teens today with no concept of customer service. Taylor Swift blasting VERY LOUDLY on repeat with no concern for customers, playing over the radio in the lobby. It's great to have fun where you work, but when people are dining in your facility, you need to be more aware of their experience. Someone has to be in charge. Someone to assure freshness of the product and ensure a tolerable climate to dine. Where was the responsible adult today?

Me and my kids had the worst experience at this place first there was a lady who I learned her name is HHKathy was very rude very lazy and very inappropriate her respect for her co-workers and people around her made the atmosphere nasty her customer service skills were very poor and not a good reflection of the company kindness and respect are free and don't cost a thing and I find it very unfortunate that this person has yet to grasp the fact that there are kids watching you and people who may look up to you so you should watch your language and your actions at all times the rest of the employees were quite respectful

The food was great and the atmosphere was great with the modern theme, it really surprises me how much better qdoba has gotten over the years since I have been eating it when I was a child. The service was goodbye everything else fantastic! Good job!
