“The DIY Tea Lab in Mill Creek shares a spot with Just Poke. It's very convenient because I often go in to grab food and a drink for dessert. Their drinks are good but there's a lot of competition that does it a bit better. There are a couple tables inside and some bigger tables outside if the weather is nice. Service was fast and staff were friendly.“

“I have been seeing and getting food from Esther since I was a little kid! The food has always been great quality and well priced for how much food you get! I only ever come to her to get teriyaki!! “Cute little bubble tea shop and friendly staff. I got the Very Strawberry Green Tea and the Red Guava Green Tea. I got them both at 50% sugar level, so they weren't too sweet at all. The tapioca texture was good, but there didn't seem to be a good enough amount of toppings; I would need to double it next time. My bf got the Oreo Cookie Smoothie and added vanilla ice cream and whey protein, and he really enjoyed it. You barely see any bubble tea places that offer protein as an add-in.“

It's conveniently located nearby, making it a perfect spot for a refreshing boba break while shopping. Parking is a breeze with plenty of free spots available right in front of the shop.Despite its small size and limited seating, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Most customers opt for takeout, so it never feels too crowded. The menu offers a range of options, including recommended drinks and a build-your-own choice, allowing for customization of tea type, sugar level, toppings, and milk preference.I particularly enjoyed the hot boba with dark roasted oolong tea and salted cheese crema, while my girlfriend tried the famous Ube Latte with boba. Both drinks were well-crafted and flavorful, with the ube latte impressing us with its use of real purple yam instead of artificial flavoring.Although the wait for our drinks was a bit longer than expected, the quality of the beverages made it worth it. The oolong tea had a rich tea flavor that complemented the creamy crema perfectly, and the ube latte was a delightful surprise with its authentic taste.My only minor disappointment was the lack of a less-ice option, as I generally prefer warmer beverages. Nevertheless, Tobi's Tea has quickly become our go-to spot in the Lynnwood area, and we plan to visit more frequently in the future. “Main reason I go here is for the waffles and the occasional drinks. Service is pretty fast on weekdays but can get really crowded towards the weekend. Going to this place during a weekend rush is kind of annoying, especially when other people are really loud and ordering A LOT of items.Workers here are pretty cool. “Atmosphere: modern and simple decoration. Tea: At first glance I noticed the menu had a wide milk tea selection some very interesting flavours. There are not a lot of non-caffeinated options (there are 2). I got the pineapple spring tea with aiyu. The drink came fast and the staff was very nice. The toppings were good, the pineapple taste is not as strong as I'd like. I got 30% and it was not too sweet, just as I expected. Parking: Lots of parking as it shares the parking lot with other stores in the plaza.“

“Absolutely delicious banh mi sandwiches, and under $10 which is hard to find. I got the grilled pork and my boyfriend got the lemongrass. The bread was not too hard, the amount of veggies were perfect and the meat was marinated so well. Both really good and will definitely be back.“

“This boba store over any other stores in the states, or even comparative to boba places in cali. Flavor is just right. However, their boba is very different from other stores as I find that no matter how long you leave it in a slushie for, it won't get too hard to the point where you want to throw the whole cup away, unlike the boba pearls used in the majority of the stores. Plus, I LOVE the fact that they don't charge extra for boba add-ons. Not a greedy place like some other stores next to the 85 degrees bakery in alderwood. Good size, good taste, and good price. Forever my go to.“

“I tried this place last year with my mom for the first time and it has quickly become one of our favorites. We've tried a bunch of dishes and they've all been good. Everything is seasoned well, not overly salty or greasy. Some of our favorites have been the beef with water spinach, basil eggplant, stewed pork over rice, and the Chinese chives with pork. We've also gotten the fried chicken and pork belly bao buns. They also have great bubble tea. I like the house milk tea with boba and sea salt cream 50% sweet. My mom grew up in China and this is her favorite restaurant in Bellevue. The service has also always been good even though they can get busy.“

“We had a variety of food. Everything was fresh and for the most part tasty. A couple things I was I not a fan of one is their teriyaki sauce. The teriyaki chicken was moist and delicious, it was served with sticky rice which was also fresh and tasty. The salad on the other side hand seemed old and not very appetizing. We also had the gyoza's they were crispy and filled with pork and tasted amazing. My daughter had the shrimp teriyaki and said it tasted good she would order it again. Overall i would rate it at a 4 star . I will definitely go back and try other things.“

“This place has the best bahn mi in the area. The pho is great as well. We live 15 minutes away and while we have tried other pho restaurants, this is the only one whose broth isn’t like watered down chicken broth.The pork on the bahn mi sandwich is tender and delicious!“

“Great boba tea, and a good staff. I usually love boba tea, and when I saw one of these open near my house I couldn't resist trying it out! I got a Honey milk tea with black tea, 130% sweetness (I have a sweet tooth), less ice, and boba pearls. The inside is pretty nice, with good music and some tables. Be aware that if you come in at a busy time, the tables will probably be full. They have fried chicken too, which is AMAZING! I suggest coming in for Lunch, and getting boba tea and chicken! 9/10, great for a snack or lunch!“
