The guy with dangly earrings was killing it too, greeting everyone, fast but still friendly.The reasons I knocked off a star:1. I waited in line for over 20 minutes, and for the first 10 no one moved so we were standing in the direct sun. When it did move, it moved quickly though!2. There were also three people working the front - one making cones and two helping people. The cone person is the first one you come across and she totally ignored everyone. The second gal did too, and they both were like weirdly glancing at a specific ice cream container to each other so you could tell something was going on but they weren't communicating like "hey, someone will be with you" or whatever, which was kind of odd and made me want to make sure NOT to get that flavor.Parking: There is 2 hour parking on the street and a paid lot after 2 hours not far, but fills up QUICK on weekendsKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly“

I went with a group of friends today after we visited Oregon and have been craving for a treat, this place has been on top of my list and it was definitely worth it!?: 10/10. I got the banana pudding and the lemon chessecake flavors! (I mis-read it as bunna pudinna) The ice cream are very silky, dense and rich! The banana pudding reminds me of a nice banana frappucino with banana pieces in it!! And they are not too sweet at all!???10/10. Shout out to the owner who gave us the free cookies!!! She is so sweet, kind and patient, and gave us a lot of suggestions and allows us to sample many flavors! “Really good macarons at a reasonable price. Not too sweet and soft interior. Also the mini macarons are adorable and a good way to test out the flavors. Otherwise, the entrance to the building is quite close to the ordering counter so kind of cramped when it's busy. “We came in on Saturday at about 4:00 PM for a sweet treat. This place is so bright and happy, and they have a wide variety of flavors both sweet and savory. It was challenging to not walk away with their crock pot of queso. Or all the beautiful popsicles and ice creams. This was an absolute delight! I ordered the Zopote Negro ice cream because I hadn't heard of it until this visit, and it was so good! It's like a cross between a fig and persimmon. “I was so happy to hear that they are serving DOLE PINEAPPLE WHIP! Nothing can compare to a soft serve DOLE FROYO. It's even better SWIRLED with VANILLA or another flavor. If not able to swirl 2 of your favorites, you may have to layer them on top of each other, than swirl them with your spoon. You can layer multiple flavors. Mind blowing fun! “I am obsessed with Kakigori! If you're looking for a place where the desserts are as good as they look, this is your place. They specialize in Korean Bingsoo and have many options to choose from. As watermelon lovers, we decided to try out the Watermelon Bingsoo, which comes in a carved out watermelon rind and has finely shaved ice topped with fresh watermelon balls. This dessert was definitely enough for two people: the rind was packed with ice + watermelon. Sometimes, these kinds of places skimp out, but Kakigori definitely did not! The service/wait staff were also really friendly and efficient. They were well informed about the different menu items and were happy to help clarify any questions we had. Kakigori has become a spot that I now recommend to anyone who's visiting the Seattle area and loves shaved ice style desserts. I stopped by for some pastries and was impressed with the selection of vegan and vegetarian options. I love the dainty decor and fancy tea sets. There is a HUGE selection of teas not seen anywhere else in the area. Every Thursday is half off mimosas all day! There is a special if you buy 3 or more pastries it’s only $10 and there’s also a loyalty rewards program. I love the fancy tea pots, in fact you have the option to have a pot brewed and served with those pots and tea set. I tried a few pastries and my favorite was the lavender croissant, it was so flaky and buttery, I tried their signature tea called the Queens Guard I found the flavor to be too strong and perfume like but the smell is so nice. You order your ice cream from a window, there is some seating but can only fit about 4-5 people, and not good for big group. Many other Molly Moon locations also have limited seating so this was not an issue with me. Not all of the seasonal flavors were available but I think most of the regular flavors were there. I ordered the sweet cream ice cream and it tasted delicious, I love the ice cream texture. The staff who took my order was so nice and our chat made my day. I like that the ice creams are new looking and not bottom of the carton. Service has always been friendly. One time a young gal was doing waffle cones or something behind the counter and could have helped customers instead but I get that maybe they needed to restock some. It only sells food so if you need anything else you'll need to go inside the store. It's usually chaos here with crowds trying to figure out what window to go to or if they have already called your number or if they have even remembered to call it at all. It really is a wonder that they can't organize things better. Maybe a digital display showing numbers called? I don't expect that the new members only policy will help but I'm still for it. A good cheap meal to be had if you don't mind the chaos.“

I love how milky the liquid is and how chewy the rice is, feels fresh and just out of the pot or however they make it. I do feel like the people here could make a better impression by being more in a work mode. Some are lousy and on their phones or talking away when customers come in and could care less about advertising their products. Some drinks are pre made and that could just be that they want to save time but sometimes it feels like it has been sitting there for a long while or it's old. It can also be a bit pricey, the bottles are short and small, yet you pay a good $7-8 if including tip.“
