I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at Jersey City Pizza. The staff are rude, the service is slow, and the hygiene conditions during food preparation are appalling. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and implements measures to improve the quality of service.

Warning! Came in to get a grinder for $11.99 like i saw online but this place has a. "New menu", and now its $15, they rush to raise their prices but not even update their menu!! What a joke!!

Their meatball grinder sandwich was probably one of the best meatball sandwiches I’ve had. Tasty bread and toasted on the inside with perfect seasoning. My bf got the bbq chicken flatbread, he liked it a lot, but said the jalapeños could be spicier because he likes really spicy stuff. I don’t, and thought the jalapeños were the right amount of spicy. And he got the habanero wings that actually weren’t super spicy either, but really good flavor and are baked.

Ordered two chicken Alfredos on Uber eats to share with my daughter and partner. The three of us ended up sort of only picking at one. Getting the wrong kind of noodles was just the start of the problem. The edges were completely burnt and it may as well have been called oregano cream spaghetti. All I can taste is oregano. The oregano is so thick I've had a cough ever since because I think I get oregano stuck in my throat. My daughter wouldn't even taste it because the kid won't eat anything green.And I paid $61 for the honor of this experience.

Really hot inside. The manager and main guy who works here with his family is extremely rude and unprofessional. They always seem as if they are so busy trying to juggle Doordash and other apps while regular customers. If you can't handle the workload and be positive then turn it off. Want nothing to do with this pizza place. Far better pizza around town

May 24, 2023 flyers for this location (Newcastle) appeared stuck to every single mailbox in our neighborhood. Large flyers attached with a very sticky sticker that did NOT peel off properly. Not only has this vandalized all our mailboxes by leaving residue and pealing off paint, but was an eyesore and caused litter all over our neighborhood. This location should be ashamed with these kinds of illegal advertising. I will never give this place my business ever again.
