Went to this Newcastle location when visiting friends in the area, outstanding quality of meats available and great customer service as well! We picked up a half pound each of the candy smoked salmon, turkey jerky and beef jerky thick cut pepper and some bacon as well.
Super nice and above and beyond helpful staff. They have a goos fresh seafood selection (cod, many types of salmon, prawns, etc). Their salmon candy is so good my out-of-state relatives always ask to visit this place to get their salmon fix.

UPDATED MARCH 2024Well, folks, this is still a wonderful place to procure your specialty meats and fresh or smoked salmon, plus all the other nifty proteins in the refrigerated case.This most recent visit we picked up some filet mignons, stupidly overcooked them a bit, but the meat was still wonderful and tender.Then we had to have some bacon.
