Saw the small signs driving by, decided to chance it and follow. This a small family owned farm - the lady was in her garage packing oysters for shipment, and kept running into the kitchen to check on her stove. It felt like popping over to a friend’s house. We left here with two dozen different sized oysters, and a frozen ramekin of crabmeat Mac and cheese. The oysters got polished off the same evening, and they were delicious! Plumb and juicy and so buttery and sweet. Last night we shared the crab dish for appetizer, and fought over the last bite. This is 3 hrs drive away, so I’ll be looking to order online. Highly recommend!
We live in a rural area in CA and wanted fresh oysters for our anniversary. I called and John was very helpful. Even with Covid 19 Willapa and Fedex delivered some wonderful fresh kumamoto oysters and crab mac n cheese! Thank you John and Willapa Oysters for a great anniversary dinner!
