There have been many pastry spots in Olympia that have come and gone. Every business in our town is struggling to pay rent and maintain a customer base, and it only takes one bad week to put them out of business.Not this time. This time, we will try harder. The Ube-Haupia filled one is CRAZy! The filling is like a delicious kind of (I’m assuming homemade) mesmerizingly brilliant purple pudding. I’ve actually been craving it since I tried it. I usually avoid these types of foods laden with saturated fat and sugar, but I need to find an occasion to go back. I’ve probably thought about it over 25 times. I can’t think of any other food I’ve had in town like that... So definitely worth a try. Check it out.

Took a drive from Tacoma! Let me tell you so worth it. The hubs sent me their instagram page so we decided to go check them out. The shop is mall and cute you can't miss it it's a pink building. They have a walk up window. The service was amazing super engaging they person helping us explained all our options from savory to sweet. They make every thing in house and from scratch.
