“My husband and I came here for coffee and I wanted a keto latte: diabetics have to keep carbs down. The barista said she didn't know about that, and the manager overheard so she came over quickly and explained that the staff members were not trained in keto products but she knew exactly what I wanted. She explained it to the staff and I ended up getting the best keto latte that I have ever had. THANK you to the manager here!!!“
“It’s 7:45pm and Google says your open until 8:30pm. There’s people inside still but no one operating the drive thru. Might need to update your hours so people know and don’t waste their time or yours if your closing before the time posted online.“
“Baristas here are always hard at work. There is usually no line, due to the Starbucks in the parking lot, bit as that one is constantly closed this one picks up their business. And they usually do so without complaint. Fast and friendly in any circumstance.“
“Adventured out to Lacey to meet my friend and went to go get coffee at Starbucks in Slater-Kenney and literally got cut off in line by 3 cars an employee came out to take orders asking if I was in front of them and told them three cars cut me but we dont know what we want to order yet so when getting our order and going to go pay they said our whole order was comped. I asked why is it comped the employee that was outside taking orders was the store manager and she felt bad I got cut off in line by three cars. So the order was free. Good things come to those who are good. ??? #karma“

What made my visit even more enjoyable was the offer of free coffee, a gesture that enabled me to sit down and relax while I also took advantage of free wi-fi access. A very pleasurable visit.“
“The sandwich was really really good. Ridiculously hot, be careful. Don't take that first bite right away. The coffee was good. They put whipped cream on my frap even though I asked for no whip cream. I slopped it off in their parking lot. What are you going to do? The drive-thru was around the corner into the sonics parking lot. Never seen one. So busy but we got through in a reasonable amount of time they were on their toes it would seem.“

No long wait and the Starbucks employees have always been friendly and get you on your way. ☕Parking: Big parking lot, Lacey police meet up here alot during the mornings with 5 or more able to park next to each other.“
