I have been wanting to visit Nuevo Vallarta for almost a year now. Every time I passed by I could catch a glimpse of the colourful interiors! Finally made it here last night and the food was good. Sour cream and guacamole portions could have been slightly more than the chopped lettuce portion!I had the Chicken Fajita, Mariscos- Camarones Al Mojo de Ajo, Vallarta House special cocktail and coffee (with Kahlua and Captain Morgan mix). Nuevo Vallarta, Located in the center of Pullman Washington, is a great family friendly Mexican restaurant! They have an excellent menu that includes many great cocktails like Pina Coladas, Margaritas and mojitos. Definitely recommend this place for great comfort food with great prices and large portion sizes.

Best Mexican food in the Palouse and it's not even close. I usually only go to restaurants once every couple weeks, and I choose Nuevo Vallarta almost every time. The prices are fair and the food is phenomenal. The service is excellent as well. I almost never have any issues but when I do the issue is taken seriously and resolved quickly with care. Cannot recommend this place enough
